Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Brondesbury Park

Lovely childcare centre where my baby feels like home! It’s so rare to find a “home” nursery setting in London, it really feels it’s exceptionally cosy and every baby and parent is looked after which is so important, as you only want the exceptionally best for your kids. Every morning when I drop my 12 months old baby off, she is so pleased to get in and gets so excited to see the lovely ladies who she enjoys. It makes me so thrilled to know that she is having a great day, full of activities and education, nice food and all the cuddles she needs. I trust they are in the best hands there both developmentally and emotionally. The ladies are all extremely nice and accommodating, we have a exceptionally good relationship with all of them and trust them 100% as we can see our baby girl is so comfortable with them from day 1.

She likes all the nursery setting personnel but obviously, she has her favorite and she now says she has her best friend there as well (a little friend). They also offer swimming lessons when they turn three which is an extra plus. The nursery setting crew are great and would always give me a good insight into what she’s been doing through the day, how many nappies they changed, and how long she slept. They have so many activities throughout the day – from painting, free playtime, outside activities in the garden, activities in the studio (pickler triangle, tricycles). My young lady eats it all, sometimes double. My little girl has been attending this nursery setting since September 2020 and she treasures it. My little one adores it! I enjoy that most of the toys are wooden and if not there are toys with which little ones discover through activities. Food is prepared from scratch daily and is always exceptionally well balanced. I enjoy that they do different/special themed days throughout the year (pyjama day, Christmas party, book day, etc.).

My little one flourished with their engaging activities and educational approach. The personnel was caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing space. Our time with the nursery setting was fantastic! We couldn’t be happier with the care she received.

Very nice and cordial nursery setting. Another plus, they celebrate all different special days from different religions, traditions and cultures. Kids benefit from yoga and swimming classes, which we find excellent and our little one absolutely enjoys it. They also do weekly cooking classes. Not so excellent outdoor premises but the early‑years hub has access to studios in the gym. Stable, low retention of team, most of the educators know my little one since her time in the ‘baby room’.

Their attitude of being so accommodating and kind during this hugely stressful time for us will never be forgotten. They have been our key worker heroes during the pandemic, and we reluctantly left them in July 2020. We came across Nuffy Bear Nursery during the covid-19 pandemic as key worker parents, as they were one of the few nurseries still operating. They worked so hard to get our little ones to settle in quickly and were always reassuring and encouraging. They were hugely welcoming to us in this crisis and were flexible in adapting days and drop-off times to assistance our NHS work. Huge thanks to the manager and brilliant members of team – two of them in particular.

All updates are managed through an app but the personnel are still thrilled to discuss the day at pick-up. Really well-managed childcare centre with a lovely community feeling. The early‑years hub isn’t the biggest and there is limited space but the cricket field adjacent can be used and the little ones have ample room to run around there. My kid looks forward to going to childcare centre every day!

She has epilepsy and a absorbing delay and the crew there have gone above and beyond to help with her advancement and advancement. She has come on so much since she started there and I’ll be so unhappy to see her leave when she starts reception next year. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough. We have regular meetings to set new targets and to keep me up to date with her advancement. I just wish there were more nurseries out there of this standard. There’s plenty of opportunities for parents to give input during parent meetings and there’s always tea parties and activities going on. My young lady has been attending Nuffy Bear Day Nursery for over 2 years and absolutely enjoys it there. The personnel there encourage parents to come in for all of these and it’s fantastic to watch the little ones in this environment, one that they are clearly so comfortable in. Every member of the team at Nuffy Bear are clearly doing a fabulous job and the management are just as incredible.

My girl absolutely treasures going to early‑years hub and she has such a fun time and is cared for in a warm and secure setting. They have also coped amazingly during Covid and have put in place many safety measures but at the same time not impacted the high level of attention and attention for the little ones. Highly recommended! It really is a wonderful nursery setting and we are so grateful to have found it. The early‑years hub head is truly wonderful. We have been so thrilled with this early‑years hub – the team are all fantastic and so kind and caring. Both my daughters was enrolled at Nuffy Bear Nursery since they were 1 years of age and my younger kid is still at the childcare centre now in the pre-school room.

Two months later and they haven’t even had the manners to respond. The so-called ‘nursery manager’ never seems to be in, which I found truly strange and worrying. It took such a long time to find a childcare centre within the area, that accept under two’s, hence I was truly pleased when my boy was offered a place. I enrolled my 15-month-old young lad to this childcare centre on a part time basis, and after a few sessions, I had to withdraw him. Upon withdrawing my young lad from this nursery setting, I sent a exceptionally detailed email to the nursery setting highlighting the incidents. Whenever I would call I was told she was ‘off’ and even the week when my boy joined the childcare centre – she was off on annual leave for a couple of weeks, again – which I found extremely strange. This speaks for itself. Awful! Do not send your kid to this early‑years hub. There were so many incidents that occurred from my son’s soiled nappy not being changed, to contradicting reports about whether he had eaten or not, and to the team not caring when I expressed my concerns.

Absolutely delighted with our time at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Brondesbury Park! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to nurture our little one’s growth and happiness! The atmosphere is incredibly nice, and it fosters such a pleased environment for our 2-year-old. The staff’s kindness and professionalism are top-notch, making us feel confident that our kid is in excellent hands.
