Bright Horizons Kenton Day Nursery and Preschool

For us, it has been a extremely positive time for our little one to be at Bright Horizons, Kenton. Through the Bright Horizons app, we know a lot about what goes on during her day and can also share what we are doing with her at home. My little one joined when we moved to the area and she was 19 months old. I know she enjoys the activities, sites and outdoor space and she eats better at early‑years hub than at home! She was previously at another nursery setting, which she cherished and yet the transition was relatively smooth. She is now in the toddler group, which she is more than excited to go to every day. The mentors are experienced, caring and communicative.

The personnel in the pre-toddler room have been exceptional with supporting my boy through his speech. My little one was moved from Northwick Park to Kenton in November 2021. The manager’s updates is A*, always greets every parent at the door, gives thorough updates and is always encouraging. I am truly pleased with the early‑years hub and delighted my little one has got to journey such a fantastic setting. The app that Kenton Nursery use, has been so good and reliable, which enables us to have speedy collections. The change over went truly smoothly, all the crew supported him in his transition.

Would enthusiastically advocate the early‑years hub to prospective parents. Great childcare centre and management team. The personnel in the individual rooms are great as well and our little one got really attached to the crew.

The team look after him really well and he adores his key worker. Activities are well organised and we get frequent feedback on how our little one is doing. Our kid absolutely adores going to Kenton! Would strongly advocate it to others.

My boy joined the early‑years hub in the baby room and has now graduated from the preschool room and the staffing and childcare centre have been excellent with the range of food menus, extra settling in, frequent updates with key people and I have seen my little one grow into a exceptionally talkative and assured boy. The early‑years hub have been fantastic with welcoming the kids back after COVID closure and went the extra mile to help the youngsters settle in by sharing photos of the crew with their masks on ahead of opening which was welcome. Great childcare centre and thanks truly much.

The little ones engage in a range of activities throughout the day, which as a parent, we are able to see using the app. The crew are really caring and attentive, my little ones have a great relationship with the team. My two youngsters are extremely pleased and settled at this childcare centre. I am really pleased with the nurturing space the nursery setting has provided for my little ones and has provided them with the foundations they need at this age.

I am extremely delighted with my son’s improvement from the time he joined after lockdown, to date. We still expect some more advancement in certain areas of food intake, details about activities in preschool and expect from personnel to publish photos and videos on the app so we can actually see them inside. But overall we are exceptionally thrilled with the nursery setting. We see lots of developments and improvements in his behaviour and he has learned a lot in terms of acknowledging things, safety, behaviour, emotions and improvement in contact as well.

This childcare centre is absolutely fantastic. What more could you ask for. My little one started in the baby room and progressed to the toddler room and he has learnt so much and just seems so delighted to go every day. All the personnel are engaging and more than delighted to help and you can see the kids just treasure being there. A massive thank you to all the personnel for keeping our little ones delighted.

Some activities, like cooking which each of my girls cherished, have had to be taken away by covid but equally, the nursery setting has created a really great discovering journey during these difficult times. Each of my kids have enjoyed their journey and I feel, show clear advancement during their time there. Really lovely team and would definitely wholeheartedly endorse it. My little one joined the baby room at 11 months and is now in preschool. My daughters who now join school in years 1 and 3, also joined from the childcare centre room so I have been with the early‑years hub for many years. I have had a really remarkable journey.

She provides regular email updates on what the little ones have been up to in the different rooms. The Nursery Manager is truly accommodating and is pleased to give advice on any issues little ones might be experiencing. The long settling in period was exceptionally useful as my young lad found it difficult to settle initially. My little one started at the early‑years hub when he was 16 months old. My boy had a good time at the Nursery and fondly remembers his time there, now that he is in school. The crew in all the rooms do an incredible job and look after the kids truly well.
