September 16, 2024 at 5:13 amI have been exceptionally thrilled over the prior 3 years with the early‑years hub. They have a range of activities for the kids to do. The personnel are always cordial and keep me up to date with everything. My young lady enjoys going to childcare centre and always leave her with a smile on her face. The nursery setting has been brilliant. My little one has been there for 3 years and will be leaving this July ready to start school. Both of my kids have went to the nursery setting. They have catered for my children’s needs, especially as we only eat halal meat, they brought some so my kids would eat, which we were exceptionally grateful, as my young lad didn’t like the vegetarian options. My boy only spent a year there before he went to school.

September 22, 2024 at 10:33 pmThe personnel are incredibly helpful of the youngsters and parents. We are greeted each morning with a smile and each kid is welcomed by name. I really like the way each room has core personnel and “floating personnel” so if someone else is covering the kids know them already. My boy (bumble bee room) comes home each day and tells me who he has played with and what he has done. He enjoys the daily helper tasks and also quickly explains the superhero rules to his sister. Her keyworkers settled her quickly and she has her favourites who she will happily go to in the morning. My little one particularly enjoys the Spanish chicken and asks if I can make it at home just like at early‑years hub. At night each youngster is said goodbye to by name at the door. The menu is varied and healthy. The early‑years hub feels like an extension to our family and I am amazed at the number of activities each day. They provide a thorough review at pick up time. My girl (butterfly room) has grown in confidence since starting at early‑years hub.

September 27, 2024 at 7:25 pmI cannot advocate this early‑years hub enough. The personnel have been truly remarkable and so helpful and I can honestly say that it is so refreshing to see such a vibrant and dedicated personnel team. The nursery setting has been absolutely wonderful the past 18 months that my girl has been attending. She always walks out of the childcare centre with a smile and says that she has had a lovely day when we leave! The positive attitudes of the crew and their high levels of commitment definitely show through how delighted my little one is there. To know my young lady is safe and well looked after whilst I go to work puts me at ease for the rest of the day.

September 30, 2024 at 2:31 amThe team at the childcare centre are remarkable, kind and extremely accommodating, my youngster treasures going to childcare centre and comes home pleased and content after each day there. The health and safety and safeguarding of the kids is paramount to the early‑years hub and the kids are always put first. The hours the nursery setting operates is fantastic as this facilitates shift workers, going to work knowing your youngster is safe and well is priceless. The early‑years hub is always immaculate and tidy despite all the little ones running around playing, the outside area is great and allows my youngster to run around, also to take part in sports activities run by the childcare centre personnel and the sports academy that comes in to encourage the kids. My kid has a strong bond with their key worker and vice versa, the workers always inform you daily how your kid has got on, what they have done and what they have eaten etc. The food the early‑years hub provides is great and plenty of it for my hungry kid.

October 8, 2024 at 9:04 amThe nursery setting not only look after my kids but they also help to nurture and teach them. Both my little ones currently join The Hospital Day Nursery, with one of my youngsters now approaching the end of their time there. As soon as I walked around the early‑years hub three/four years ago, I immediately felt it was the place for my youngster. I can’t endorse this nursery setting enough, they really do go above and beyond. Both my youngsters actually look forward to going to early‑years hub and you can see the team genuinely support about my youngsters and my kids support about them. The team at the early‑years hub have since confirmed I was so right to choose them.

October 24, 2024 at 7:24 pmOne particular crew member is an asset to the childcare centre. Whilst trying to potty train my youngest little one it was clear it was a little early. After taking advice from the nursery setting (even though we had tried for a week) we decided that we would build her confidence a bit before trying again. The childcare centre has always respected our wishes and advised knowledgeably.

November 6, 2024 at 5:44 pmOur little boy’s progress has noticeably better, family and friends always comment on how advanced his speech and contact skills are. All of the personnel are extremely cordial and my little boy talks about them all the time, even at the weekends. The feedback when we collect him is always really thorough, personal to him and not generic feedback that you get with other nurseries. The activities set out by the school change on a daily basis and I treasure hearing about garden time, messy games, reading, baking and dancing/singing. My little boy has been attending The Hospital Day Nursery for almost a year now and we are exceptionally impressed with the early‑years hub. We were originally recommended them by a friend and have since recommended them to lots of parents.

December 19, 2024 at 5:31 amChoosing a nursery setting was a big decision for us but The Hospital Day Nursery team were welcoming and really helped both of our daughters to settle in. They let us know each day what our little one has been doing and she’s always really pleased to be there as each morning she runs to the door. The opening hours are also a big help for us around work and they are also really accommodating around extra sessions if we need it. The team are always welcoming and help the youngsters to discover in a fun, protected setting. Overall, we are really pleased that our little one is well looked after and is exploring and growing in a great early‑years hub so we don’t worry about her when she is there.

December 25, 2024 at 2:02 amThe Hospital Day Nursery have been extremely positive in my son’s first period of being in a new social setting from home. Thank you again for such a positive time. He truly enjoys his time there. All team members have been exceptionally accommodating, helpful and have kept me fully informed on how my boy is progressing on a daily basis. At just 6 months old, he’s already had opportunities to painting, circle time and many other engaging activities. We received a thorough induction programme and successful settling in which enabled my young lad to have a smooth and positive transition into full-time care. My husband and I are truly impressed with how delighted and self‑assured our young lad is with all the crew. I have recommended The Hospital Day Nursery to many of my friends and believe the personnel are an asset to the manager. It has also helped that I have been able to call during the day to have a quick update on his day.

January 12, 2025 at 12:25 amThe personnel that work there are so kind and truly easy to talk to, they show so much treasure and care towards the kids. The nursery setting offers so much and each room is catered for a certain age range and they always have lots of activities going on which I cherish. I have to say, the best part about the early‑years hub are all the ladies that work there, it really puts you at ease knowing that they care so much for your little ones, and the little ones treasure them back just as much, they always go above an beyond. It really is an fantastic place. The opening hours are great for working parents. My little one has been attending The Hospital Day Nursery for 3 years now and it has been such a positive place and journey for us.

February 1, 2025 at 7:17 amNow 4 months on, she enjoys it, couldn’t endorse it more enthusiastically. The crew are all lovely and I can already see how well she is developing from the structured activities they do. Her key worker is a dream and they have a lovely bond, making it that little bit easier leaving her to go to work knowing she is well looked after and ultimately delighted. As parents will know, a extremely tender and clingy age but the team were so encouraging and patient in getting her settled as well as making sure the parents felt comfortable and updated with her improvement before she started. My little one joined the childcare centre in January 2019 at 11 months old.

February 23, 2025 at 9:17 amSafeguarding is paramount, the hours of support offered are ideal for working parents and the personnel care and provide great feedback about our little man’s day. Our boy has been attending for 8 months now and after a little time to settle, he has come on leaps and bounds with credit to all those that help develop his social and exploring abilities. The childcare centre and garden are spacious, well maintained with plenty of toys to play/learn and the crew were welcoming and kind. After visiting many nurseries for our boy to go to when I visited this one it ticked all the boxes. We haven’t been disappointed. We are extremely delighted that our young lad is looked after by the wonderful crew at the Hospital Day Nursery.

March 14, 2025 at 2:51 amWe are so pleased our little one was accepted at this childcare centre. I really enjoy looking at his book at the end of the day and seeing what he’s been up to. The crew are truly approachable and also exceptionally caring of the parents/carers as they are aware that they may also have anxieties about new situations. He eats better there than at home and it is so reassuring to know he is being cared for and taught in this protected, caring environment. Our young lad started this childcare centre in January and has settled in really well. As my husband works at the hospital one day a week, it has been so practical having our young lad in the on-site nursery setting. The personnel are fantastic and I know he is exceptionally well looked after when he is there.

April 23, 2025 at 4:00 pmThe early‑years hub offers a wide range of activities to help my boys grow both physically and mentally and have helped their personalities grow into inquisitive, playful and pleased young boys. The food is good and has helped to develop their tastes. The childcare centre offers a fantastic outside activities area and also a good space inside. I would definitely endorse The Hospital Day Nursery to other parents. My 2.5-year-old twin boys have been attending The Hospital Day Nursery for over a year and have come on leaps and bounds in that time.

May 6, 2025 at 10:08 pmWhy? I selected The Hospital Day Nursery in 2015 for my young lad and had no hesitation in selecting it again for my girl when she joined at 7 months. Yes, the surroundings are safe, well equipped and beautifully maintained but it runs deeper than that. Every day the youngsters seem to time something new. As a mum, nervous about going back to work and worried that my little ones would miss me as much as I would miss them I found this to be a real comfort. I’ll be dismayed when my eldest heads to school in September. If you are looking for a childcare centre that provides exceptional care, nurtures each of the youngsters on a personal level and provides a secure and welcoming space, then I can’t suggest the nursery setting enough. It’s simple. The team really support for the little ones on a personal level. A variety of activities from arts and crafts which you’ll get to share in as they regularly come home with their latest creation and fun, sporting activities which they can all enjoy regardless of their ability.
