Purple Willows Day Nursery Nuxley Village

We absolutely love this nursery, the staff are so focused on the well-being of the children, over and above everything else and this really shines through in every interaction. My son loves attending and he is excited every day to be there. The staff are incredible, even when it might not have been a great day for my son, they deliver the news in a way that includes us, this gives me confidence they are dealing with it appropriately and probably better than I could. They also offer help to manage similar situations at home. He has really developed his social skills, listening, paying attention and being kind through the staff’s patience, influence and approach. They are just as focused as we are on readiness for primary school and he is prepared for what to expect, it has been a fantastic start to his schooling. We have experience of another, more expensive setting. Purple Willows Day Nursery Nuxley Village is exceptional in comparison and as a bonus, also cheaper. Love the team.

My son started at the nursery in September 2020 and was cared for in the baby room, they helped him settle into the nursery so well and made the process so easy for us. In March 2021, he transitioned to the toddler room, and again the settling was so smooth. He loves going to nursery and we are so pleased with how he is looked after and the variety of activities he does when he’s there. The feedback we get about his days on the app and when we pick him up is always wonderful to hear. We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a wonderful and caring community for your baby or toddler.

Since starting in February, my daughter has loved going to Purple Willows. She’s always talking highly of all the staff and how much fun she’s had through the day. She comes out beaming, excited to tell me what she’s been up to. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lovely little garden for the children to play in, and great facilities. Have not had a single issue and would recommend to anyone!

The staff are lovely at Purple Willows. My little one absolutely loves her key person. She settled in very easily and loves going to nursery. The nursery is new and clean. They were amazing with potty training help.

We are really happy with the nursery, our child is enjoying it a lot. He has grown some special bonds with some of his teachers and a few of his classmates and become a very confident little boy. He loves all the activities but especially the garden activities. He also loves helping to make play-doh. He is very happy to go there each day. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My daughter started Purple Willows Day Nursery Nuxley Village almost from the moment they opened. We absolutely loved the facilities and staff working there. She always were coming home happy and happily went back. Can’t miss the fact and big thank you to nursery staff for raising their concerns about her vision. We took her to doctor and she actually really needed glasses. Who knows how long we would keep thinking that she is just clumsy by running into things. Really looking forward to her little sister joining nursery soon.

Such a good nursery! They are very flexible with timing in terms of drop-off and pick-up. Staff are ever so helpful and they make sure everyone is being taken care of. A member of staff in lion room is exceptionally good. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Purple Willows enough. My son has been attending for 5 months and in this short time he has learnt a lot, and his speech and confidence have improved so much. All members of staff are friendly, caring and supportive, and all of the activities my son does are well-organised and enjoyable. I love seeing how much he has developed and progressed since attending Purple Willows. They are very thorough with keeping parents up to date with meals, activities, nappy changes and photos, via an app.
