I’d thoroughly endorse this early‑years hub. The early‑years hub teach them a lot, especially the preschool class. The owners are truly family first and have been absolutely great throughout Covid-19. I have two girls at this nursery setting, one in preschool and one in the baby room. My four year old daughter’s writing is really coming on, as is her phonics and she doesn’t start school for another six months. Both kids absolutely treasure it and go in excited to see their friends and key workers.

Our little one treasures going to Monkey Puzzle Sidcup. She started when she was 2 years old and has since then really developed in confidence, social interaction, correspondence and language. The childcare centre itself is spacious and the kids have room to activities and explore. The kids are absorbing through activities and interaction with little ones and adults alike. Our young lady has bonded really well with all her carers, the crew are lovely! Very pleased with the early‑years hub, would advocate! As parents, we are so delighted that they do so many different kinds of activities in Monkey Puzzle such as singing/music/dancing, reading, maths, STEM activities, arts and crafts, yoga and other exercise, baking/cooking and one of our favourites is forests school. The management is responsive and delighted to help when needed and they keep parents updated with news and activities.

My little one started at Monkey Puzzle in Sidcup this year and after a tricky year with COVID lockdowns etc as parents, we were exceptionally anxious about the whole situation. They all deserve a medal for the work they do here! Monkey Puzzle at Sidcup did everything possible to put our minds at ease and from day one until now our little boy looks at this as his second home and adores going. And seeing how pleased our boy is going in makes it all worthwhile! The crew are all so welcoming, warm and approachable. To say we wholeheartedly advocate this nursery setting would be an understatement, the personnel here have supported us through our sons settling in, speech and language delay and also in toilet training too. Nothing asked ever seems too much trouble.

He has bonded so well with all personnel and thoroughly enjoys going to pre-school. My boy was enrolled at another local childcare centre from 7 months to 1 and a half years and switching nurseries was the best decision – I couldn’t be happier. Additionally the management are really engaged and committed to creating the best space and time for youngsters and parents. They have also handled the challenges of Covid with such professionalism. The team are fantastic, they provide the perfect balance of free activities with educational playtime. I can wholeheartedly suggest Monkey Puzzle Sidcup. It’s been fantastic to watch my young lad develop over the past year and a half – at 3 and a half years he’s brilliant at numbers and starting to do well with his phonics, which is a credit to the early‑years hub.

We couldn’t be happier with how well he has developed and been looked after there. The correspondence is excellent, the team regularly go the extra mile and you know the youngsters are their priority. We have been really impressed with how incredible the nursery setting have been through the covid crisis. All crew are fantastic and always kind, my little one is thrilled to go each day. My little one has been coming to the early‑years hub since he was 10 months old (he is now almost 3).

My little one runs in every morning and talks about his key worker at home so I know he adores it there. Thank you Monkey Puzzle for all your hard work and for looking after my young lad so well! My boy has been attending Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Sidcup since June 2020 and so far we are so pleased we chose this nursery setting. I have been really impressed with their Covid measures and their contact over changes and issues. She is brilliant at keeping us updated and we’ve seen him improve lots especially over the previous few weeks.

I believe they have done a great job in creating an awesome discovering environment for my youngsters. Both my little ones have and are attending Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Sidcup and I’m pleased to see that the standards of the early‑years hub haven’t slipped since they year they opened, if anything the early‑years hub has gone from strength to strength. I’ve seen my youngster thrive and develop wonderfully at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Sidcup. I’m particularly impressed with how they have managed processes and childcare during the pandemic and correspondence with parents throughout. I’ve always been able to speak to the relevant person when I’ve needed to, offered and received feedback willingly and the management team and crew are quick to respond to suggestions and improvements.

The well-being and happiness of the little ones is always at the heart of everything the nursery setting does. The nursery setting day is well structured with fun and educational activities, allowing the little ones to develop and grow in confidence. Monkey Puzzle Sidcup is a lovely nursery setting, with warm, kind and professional personnel.

My young lad is currently attending the childcare centre and is in toddlers room, once again we have been pleased with the service offered especially through the difficulties of the pandemic where updates was kept with all parents and little ones and families were kept as protected as possible through their procedures. My young lady then progressed from babies to toddlers and through to preschool. My period with Monkey Puzzle Sidcup began in April 2017. Throughout this time we both made excellent relationships with the personnel, mangers and owners who were all welcoming, open and available to discuss any worries and achievements of my young lady. Monkey Puzzle Sidcup has been a fantastic start for my little ones absorbing journey with the setting offering nurturing setting full of experiences that they have enjoyed ie: themed days, guest speakers, animals, trips etc Highly recommended this family focused setting. I viewed the early‑years hub and myself and my little one were extremely comfortable from the start.

The team are absolutely fantastic which puts us at such ease knowing that she’s in safe hands! Every week she comes home doing something new! Any anxieties I had about her attending nursery setting all went out the window on her first day of attending! My little one has went to this childcare centre since she was nine months old (she’s now twelve months) and honestly I’m so delighted that she spends her days in a loving and delighted setting! Her progress has come on so much too!
