As a parent, I am now confident and reassured my young lady has the best support and she is thrilled and so am I. As a parent, I have been offered so much assistance as well as my girl. My young lady joined the childcare centre in January. Not only is she now starting to speak, repeat words and follow instructions the improvement in her progress has been incredible. she has had a speech delay and difficulty with following instructions and her concentration is sparse.

The room leaders are so professional and make sure the settling in is seamless. Our kids treasure going to Monkey Puzzle, they absorb a lot and we get regular reports on their growth. This childcare centre is not only excellent, it is first‑rate. Eventually, I went to Monkey Puzzle based on recommendations, and I have to say I never regretted that decision for a minute. They took support of him, played with him, taught him so much that my little one never called me Mummy since I birthed him but now he happily says Mummy and Daddy. He’s so used to everyone at the nursery setting, they treat him so well and help him along his speech growth. We are going to miss them a whole lot. He’s always excited to go nursery setting and on the weekends gets up, gets dressed and wants to go too and when we say no childcare centre today, he cries so much!

I could not endorse the early‑years hub more. Our young lad started previous year in October just after turning 1, and ever since the 3rd week has been putting his arms out every morning we’re at the front door, eager to enter the arms of whichever caring face answered the doorbell! Their attention to detail is next to none and they really do keep track of all activities/events each day to report to you on collection of your youngster. From social advancement to academic growth, it really does have it all. The freshly made meals which are unique each day, every 3 weeks before repeating, are just another bonus. Our young lady has been at the early‑years hub since age 1 (she’s 4 now) and looks forward to going every single day.

My kid adores going to early‑years hub every day and is always so excited to tell me about his day. Absolutely fantastic early‑years hub. The personnel are kind and always welcome my young lad with open arms and a smile in the mornings. Couldn’t fault the childcare centre at all!

The youngsters discover through games and we get updates through online journals. I cherish how well they know our young lad and how much they genuinely care for him. He bounds into childcare centre full of excitement and they are always so pleased to see him. We are also provided with the “theme of the week” which allows us to continue the discovering and theme at home. Covid: Since the beginning of the pandemic, crew have gone above and beyond for the kids. Learning: We have been impressed by the child-led exploring. We treasure Monkey Puzzle almost as much as our little one does and are pleased to suggest it to any parents. Staff: The team are wonderful. Our little one has been at Monkey Puzzle Welling for 18 months and we are so delighted with the support provided. When they reopened they did so with strict, but easy to follow guidelines to keep crew and kids secure. Social Zoom sessions and online activities were provided until they could reopen. His key person in particular has been fantastic.

When my young lady moved to the bigger room, the ladies all made me feel exceptionally confident it was the right move. Everything is always hygienic and the meals they provide are truly good with lots of variation. The handovers are always thorough and the ladies are always cheerful and so welcoming. For me, the first day I took my young lady here I could not have felt more at ease. The ladies are a real asset! The ladies were so lovely and they bonded with my little one straight away. I couldn’t be more pleased with this early‑years hub. the early‑years hub does lots of different fun activities.

The early‑years hub is such a welcoming space and she is excited to go to each day. All the team have been so welcoming and caring to her and we have seen her grow in confidence since starting. We feel protected with her being at this childcare centre. My niece has been at this early‑years hub for a year now and she absolutely treasures it. This is a fantastic early‑years hub. The activities that she takes part in when she goes to are incredible and they offer a variety throughout. She has developed so much as she learns so much from the early‑years hub and the discovering from crew is truly clearly seen.

I am truly pleased with my son’s growth since he joined the early‑years hub. Management is open for a discussion as well on the things parents think can be strengthened. I feel extremely comfortable to leave him at the early‑years hub because I know he has fun, he is encouraged to thrive and he is adored.
