Chestnut Nursery School @ Norwich Research Park

The team are expert, compassionate and enthusiastic. Our little boy started there a few months ago and settled in truly quickly, he absolutely loves going to childcare centre and is thriving. The facilities and the activities are organised thoughtfully and with care. We sense so lucky to have found such a exceptional childcare centre for our son! Our journey with Chestnut Childcare centre School @ Norwich Research Park has been outstanding.

Our son also attends the childcare centre. We have had a remarkable journey with the childcare centre. The kids are cheerful, sense secure and are developing rapidly. The team take excellent enjoyment in helping them succeed. They eat healthy food which they delight in. They have developed fantastic friendships and have access to a super outdoor space and meditation room. They engage with parents highly well – stay and playtime, open days and parents evenings. We are looking forward to our eldest kid’s graduation! Thank you. Our daughter started at Chestnut Childcare centre School at 15 months and is now leaving to go to school.

Her needs were met in a thoughtful and proactive way and the team went over and above to assistance us as a family. Monitoring and reporting was highly great and daily feedback helped me to sense respected, listened to and cared about. My little girl made significant development with her development in the care of her key workers and the childcare centre’s SENCO.
All team were welcoming and polite at all times but I was especially impressed by her key worker, SENCO and the management team. This is an outstanding childcare centre.
It is managed exceptionally well and all team have highly high standards of conduct.
It is a welcoming, secure and stimulating setting that is highly well resourced.
The buildings and grounds are fabulous with plenty of outdoor space and lots of planned activities.
The respect and kindness shown to me and my little girl who has special educational needs was outstanding and I know that she was a highly cheerful and confident little girl in their care.

I couldn’t be more grateful to you. You are all incredible, with the patience of a saint. She will miss you dearly. Thank you for being the most fantastic woman ever who took care, nurtured and played a huge part in growing her into the little girl she is today.

Their focus on discovering through playtime including using the fantastic outside space they have all year round has truly benefitted him. The team are all outstanding and he has built some fantastic relationships with them, running in every day without even looking back. It makes me sense comfortable that he is well cared for whilst I’m at work and talks vividly about all the enjoyable things he’s done each day on the journey home. Couldn’t suggest them enough! My son has been coming to NRP for a year now and he has completely flourished in their care.

Their commitment to nurturing each kid’s individual capabilities and interests is truly commendable. They have shown remarkable patience and dedication in helping my daughter grow both academically and socially.
In addition, the administrative team is efficient and responsive, making updates between the school and parents seamless.
We sense exceptionally fortunate to have found Chestnut Childcare centre School. It offers a supportive, engaging, and nurturing setting that has given us peace of mind as parents, and more importantly, it’s a place my daughter is excited to go every day. My daughter has been attending Chestnut Childcare centre School for the past three months and our journey has been nothing short of exceptional.
My daughter’s discovering development has been outstanding, and she surprises us every day with new skills and knowledge she has picked up at school.
The educators are not only qualified and experienced but also display a genuine adore and understanding for kids.

The activities on offer are exceptional and he consistently gets to journey a variety of different activities each week. The menu offers a wide variety of foods, some which we don’t do at home so it’s lovely for him to eat different foods. We receive weekly observations and the team are lovely. The care he receives is excellent and it’s so lovely how he now comes home and tells us about his day. I know he has a excellent bond with the team in the room as he consistently talks about them, particularly two members of team. I think Chestnut Childcare centre School & Norwich Research Park is the perfect place for my kid to be, I wouldn’t want him at any other childcare centre. Thank you for doing such a fabulous job especially throughout this past year. My two year old attends two days a week and loves it.

I have found the childcare centre to be remarkable. They have been so supportive and nurturing. The correspondence and updates from the childcare centre are excellent, I adore seeing photos and videos of what my daughter has been up to on the app and the management team respond quickly to any enquiries. The outside space is incredible and spends so much time playing and discovering outside in the different garden areas. I have consistently been impressed with the varied and healthy menu that’s offered to the kids and that all food is prepared and cooked on site. My daughter has enjoyed her time at Chestnut Childcare centre School @ Norwich Research Park so much and will miss it and the team when she starts school. She is currently in the baby’s room. She is consistently cheerful when I drop her off and pick her up. Her development has excelled, and this is down to the remarkable team at the childcare centre. She is truly settled here, and we can’t fault any of the team. They send us regular updates and photos via the app and also send us regular activity ideas, which we can do at home to assistance our daughter to develop further. I would suggest this childcare centre. My daughter has been attending the childcare centre since July 2022.

It has been a first-class journey throughout, where they have completely cared for his holistic well being and personal development, with excellent care and attention to detail. When my son broke his wrist, the manager even hand-delivered a card that had been made by the other kids to our house, and they gave him remarkable care and assistance as he recovered. Outstanding updates, excellent leadership and absolutely fantastic ‘key persons’ in each of the rooms he’s been in as he grew up. Outstanding transitions throughout the rooms, making sure that he settles in well and is consistently supported. They were exceptional during covid – staying open to assistance all key workers. This is, in my opinion, by far the best childcare centre in Norwich. Their holiday camps are remarkable too. My son has attended Chestnut Childcare centre for the past three years since he was a toddler and I cannot thank all of the team enough for the remarkable care, assistance and pre-school education that has provided for him.
