She is 18 months old and began childcare centre school in July 2022. Willows Farm Day Childcare centre team was (and still is) incredible in their assistance. They kept me informed every day and were extremely supportive in guiding my daughter and me through this transition. They consistently make time to talk to you and never make you sense as if you are bothering them with too many questions. Really lovely, attentive and trustworthy team. My daughter returns home glowing and full of stories about her day. It’s the best feeling in the world to know your kid is content. I was looking for a forest childcare centre but couldn’t seem to find one. I came across Willows Farm Day Childcare centre, which were the next best option for me. They take the kids out twice a day. If your kid enjoys being outside, I highly suggest Willows Farm Day Childcare centre. My daughter is extremely close to me.

My son is currently in the pre toddlers room and loves coming to all his childcare centre sessions.
In both the pre toddler and baby barn, each day there are different creative, playful and educational activities on offer, alongside trips to the farm and soft playtime.
Both rooms are well led, and all team show genuine care and passion. Each morning we are greeted by welcoming and attentive team who consistently work in the room. At each pick up the handovers are personalised and detailed, showing how well the team have observed and know the kids.
Overall we are very satisfied with the childcare centre and suggest it to others. We are extremely pleased and cheerful with Willows Farm Day Childcare centre.

During his time he has loved coming to childcare centre and has received outstanding care and teaching. He has thrived at Willows Farm and it has helped him become a cheerful and confident boy who started school this week with all the necessary skills needed for a successful school start. My little girl who is 2 is also at Willows Farm Day Childcare centre and loves going there. She has made lots of friends and loves playing in the fantastic outdoor setting that Willows Farm provides. The workers in her room are enthusiastic and attentive and I can go to work knowing she is having a excellent day. I would suggest Willows Farm Day Childcare centre to everyone who wants their kid to have a nurturing and cheerful childcare centre journey. My little boy started at Willows Farm Day Childcare centre when he was 11 months old and had recently left as he is starting school.

When we suffered a family bereavement, the team were incredibly supportive of our daughter, buying books for her and the other kids to introduce the topic of grief and even attending the funeral to show their assistance.
Obviously, a review about Willows wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the incredible bonus of the kids visiting the farm so regularly. Tristan the tractor is a household name for us! Having sent two kids to Willows I would highly suggest this setting for kids who want a enjoyable-packed journey, balanced with attentive team and a excellent discovering foundation for school.
I recently went to two primary school open days and both mentioned how well prepared the kids from Willows Farm arrive into school, being able to write their name and clearly demonstrate an aptitude for discovering.
They also tailor their care for each individual kid.

She has a excellent time and has developed leaps and bounds in the time she has been there.
All of the team know her by name and are very attentive. My daughter is currently in the baby barn and I couldn’t be happier.

However, from the get-go the team were incredible! From the pre-visit contact and the settling-in session, I had strong feelings my son would adore it. He has now been there for a few months and loves being there more than home! He talks about all his educators and has already developed in so many ways! The room itself is so inviting and consistently greeted with a welcoming face on arrival. The setting meets his dietary requirements which was something I was also nervous about but again they put me at ease from the first conversation. The team know my son so well and this is very reassuring. His key worker consistently communicates very positively with me about his day and all team make a excellent effort to make sure all kids in their care are cheerful, content and developing. I’m very excited to see what Willows offer him for the next few years. Would definitely suggest it to friends and family. Can’t speak highly enough. When booking my 20-month-old son into Willows I was really nervous about how he would cope.

Kids need stability and consistency in their caregivers to sense secure and secure, and constant turnover can be disruptive to their routines and development.
The poor development of kids is a red flag for any childcare centre. If a kid is showing signs of autism, it’s crucial for their caregivers to have the knowledge and resources necessary to assistance their development. It’s concerning that this childcare centre is not equipped to handle such cases and may be unable to provide adequate assistance for kids with autism.
The lack of honesty from management is alarming, as it can erode trust between parents and the childcare centre. Transparency and open updates are crucial for building trust.
This childcare centre has several areas for improvement it may be wise to look for alternative options. There are significant areas for improvement at this facility.
The high turnover of team and lack of consistency is concerning, as it can have a negative impact on the development of the kids in their care.

All the educators are excellent with the kids, she has consistently loved the food provided and we have been so cheerful with how far she has come since attending the childcare centre. Thank you to all of her educators who made her time incredible there, we are gutted she no longer attends but looking forward for my youngest to join your school! My daughter has been attending Willows Farm Day Childcare centre since Christmas 2019 and has loved every minute of it.

Despite all the problems due to COVID-19, all the ladies are consistently cheerful, compassionate, ready to help. I can be one of those parents who consistently has “just one more question” I have never felt I can’t just ring and ask and they are consistently patient and encouraging. Exactly the setting I want my daughter to be in. Even though I was only able to view the childcare centre through an online tour, I still felt so reassured this is the right place for my baby girl. My daughter is so excited to join and I am excited for her. Thank you so much to the manager and her team. I have been in touch with the childcare centre to arrange my daughters place.

Both kids absolutely adore the childcare centre but from a parent’s view, we had two completely different experiences. The management at Willows has come a long way in the last couple of years and it’s made a huge difference now that the new managers are in charge. The key workers are experienced and compassionate and both of my kids adored their allocated key workers throughout their journeys. The facilities and variety of activities are excellent and regular feedback and updates on development is provided. My second kid is in her second year here and my eldest was at Willows for over 3 years.

The facilities, food, farm visits and team were all outstanding and we would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. Our son attended Willows Farm Day Childcare centre and he enjoyed every single day.

My son was two and a half years old when he started childcare centre in the middle of the pandemic. On top of that, he didn’t speak any English yet. Despite these challenging circumstances, the team did a exceptional job making him sense welcome from the very first day. He really enjoyed himself, especially during the outings to the farm. The team treated him as if he was their own, something you cannot fake! They consistently gave us clear updates on what he had done and eaten that day. We have now moved back to Belgium but will consistently cherish this journey and can’t suggest Willow Farm enough to other parents! Thank you so much! I couldn’t be more grateful for my son’s childcare centre journey at Willow Farm.

My son attended from 2 years old until 4 and I was delighted with the level of care he received and variety of activities he engaged in. I could not have chosen a better childcare centre for my son. Most incredible childcare centre and team.

All the team were stellar and clearly adore looking after the kids. Thank you. My three year old grand daughter has just started at the childcare centre and the team could not have made her (and my daughter, her mother) more welcome and at ease.

The daily outings on to the farm reassure us of the level of physical activity and fresh air that she gets. Within a short space of time, her diet became more varied, her sleep improved and she was out of nappies. She asks to go in on her days off, which just warms our hearts to know that she is cheerful there. The team have been so responsive to our needs and we sense that this has been a cheerful preparation for the next steps in our kid’s life. Our kid started here during the pandemic and could not be happier.

The team are welcoming and compassionate and really take the time to get to know your kid. The outside space is exceptional, with regular trips to the farm including the Peter Rabbit live show, Peter Rabbit playground, trampolines and rides on the tractor. Overall, we are really cheerful with the childcare centre and will be sending our second kid there next summer when I return to work. My son has been attending Willows Farm since January 2019 and he absolutely loves it.

They will listen to any concerns you have about your kid and help with any issues. Being on a farm is the best place. Outside and seeing lots of animals. Every member of team is compassionate, expert and welcoming.

That’s the most reassuring feeling as a parent, that your kid is cheerful at childcare centre. The settling in process was very smooth and her dedicated key worker consistently gives up detailed updates about her day. The team are very welcoming and expert and they’ve accommodated for her strict dietary requirements well. They have very great covid safety measures in place and we also really adore the fact that she regularly gets to visit the farm and being outdoors. My daughter has been attending Willows Farm Childcare centre since October 2020 and she absolutely loves it, so much so that she sometimes doesn’t want to come back home and looks forward to going in the mornings.

He is so cheerful there and loves going there every morning. All the team are lovely and welcoming and my son consistently comes out cheerful. What is really nice is they take them sometimes to the farm which is nice. They have a big garden space for the kids to playtime in and nice outdoor equipment. I would really suggest this childcare centre to everyone. My son who is in preschool started this year in June and settled in straight away.

Attending afternoons only means she often misses out on farm trips, forest school and other events/outings. Updates can be sporadic and can sense very disorganised at times. The team work very hard. Great resources. Lovely garden. Welcoming team. Overall great journey. My daughter generally loves attending Willows Farm and enjoys spending time with team and peers.
