The team are very welcoming and they seem to really know the kids, they have excellent relationships with them. They organise lots of creative activities and opportunities to learn about specific holidays or events around the world which is excellent for educating in diversity, they also do lots of crafts and the kids are so proud to take them home. They’re very supportive and their bond with the kids and families is real, I’m so cheerful we switched from another childcare centre where we felt the approach was more one size fits all. Our boy has attended Monkey Puzzle since last September and we couldn’t be happier – he loves it there.

We were a bit apprehensive due to the cultural differences, but he was very comfortable since day one. The manager was very supportive during his onboarding. My son now loves going to childcare centre every day. The faculty made sure he felt comfortable since day one and makes sure every moment of his time in the childcare centre is enjoyable. My son moved to the UK in June and he joined Monkey Puzzle in July.

It was our first-ever journey with a childcare centre. I was quite nervous to begin with but literally after his first settling-in session, my nerves were put at ease. The rooms, facilities and garden are all done up nicely. I have a excellent relationship with the team, they’ve all been a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly, my son loves going to childcare centre. He can’t wait to get in the front door and let loose! My son joined Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre in November 2022 at just under the age of 18 months old.

She has absolutely loved going to childcare centre and looks forward to seeing the team and kids. My daughter’s development as come on so much with her talking and I adore all the updates we receive. The building is all brand new, spotless and secure. The team are excellent, welcoming and welcoming, going above and beyond especially with the extra covid safety measures. We are so pleased we chose this childcare centre. My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle Watford since September 2020.

They now have a strong team and my son has really warmed to all the team – they are very attentive and passionate about what they do.
The activities he takes part in are very varied. He learns something new every day and comes home tired! We have seen remarkable development in all aspects educational, developmental and personal. My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle since they first opened.

From starting as a one-year-old he has developed so much and I think a huge part of his self‑assurance and curiosity has been encouraged by the childcare centre.
We’ve been extremely impressed with the team’s professionalism and the range of activities they do. Our son thoroughly enjoys attending and talks about the days’ activities, team and other kids with excitement. The facilities are remarkable (lovely outdoor space), with a small group setting for kids not to sense so overwhelmed, but more a home from home.
We receive regular updates from his key worker relating to his development and have been fully supported with development goals like toilet training.
The childcare centre have been very flexible in allowing us to bring him in for extra sessions recently to help juggle our working patterns.
I would highly suggest this childcare centre to other parents. Our son absolutely loves the team and childcare centre.

The close ties our kid has developed with all the nurses there speaks for itself really. We were very pleased to see that Monkey Puzzle don’t have a one-size -fits-all approach with the kids and they really adjust their practices, schedule etc to every kid’s special circumstances. We are so cheerful we switched to Monkey Puzzle from another provider and would gladly suggest them to parents in the area who are looking for top quality childcare. Monkey Puzzle Watford team has been very welcoming and understanding of our needs all along.

I was anxious when he started childcare centre, but she put my mind at ease straight away. She is very attentive to my son, consistently interested in his development and favourite activities. She consistently keeps us posted on new things he does and learns at childcare centre, and my son loves her! The whole facility is of a very high standard. One member of team at the childcare centre is incredible!

They make a special effort to ensure she is consistently looked after and cheerful. They do lots of educational activities, as well as art, music and baking. It’s especially reassuring that the childcare centre puts safety first, and the premises are secure and modern. I am very pleased that I chose Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Watford for my kid.
