He settled in seamlessly, all thanks to the fantastic team who are so reassuring and attentive. The team set up lots of engaging activities for each day and are very supportive in developing emerging skills and interests. Since coming to Angels, my son has come on leaps and bounds. I loved getting the updates and photos of the various activities that were planned for the week. We genuinely all looked forward to going in and the team are just fantastic! My son attended Angels for over a year and he has absolutely loved it from day one, which was a big deal considering we had come out of lockdown.

Due to many issues during his time there, I decided to withdraw him from that establishment. I emailed Angels at Playtime to inquire about places and instantly got a reply from the childcare centre manager asking if we’d like to attend an open day. We did and something just “clicked”. My son has been attending since Feb 2022 and we’ve never seen him happier or more excited to go to “school”. The team are so welcoming, welcoming, and extremely supportive. I have received the most useful feedback and updates on my son’s development/daily activities in a few months than I did in the last year at the previous childcare centre. When I drop him off I get no sense of “bad gut feelings” or nervousness. I know he will go in and delight in his day interacting with the team and his peers. They consistently have different activities for the kids ready for the day and log everything for me to see at the end of the day. My kid is very comfortable here and consistently has a excellent day. The team are really welcoming and welcomed us with ease. I suggest this childcare centre a lot. One cheerful mum! I’m so pleased my son got a place in this childcare centre, where there is genuine care for the kids!

My youngest daughter has been going since she was 1 and is nearly 3. She absolutely loves going and consistently talks about what she’s been doing at home. The team are very welcoming and very accommodating. She has made some lovely friends there and is consistently cheerful. I’m very pleased with how much she is discovering here and would definitely suggest it. My eldest daughter went here until she went to school and loved it.

My daughter attended a different one in Hoddesdon prior to Angels, and I wasn’t overly cheerful, so I moved her here.
My daughter has been here since she was two and is now leaving for big school. Her self‑assurance has skyrocketed, her speech has improved, and so has her ability to make new friends.
They plan the activities well, and the team are compassionate and understanding. The office team go above and beyond. The food is also great and healthy, from what I see on the app.
I honestly couldn’t thank them enough for having my little one. Angels at Playtime – Hoddesdon is a remarkable childcare centre.

All the team are exceptional, inviting and welcoming from the moment you step through the door in the morning, and they never fail to give me a thorough update on how she has been throughout the day and what she has eaten. The daily diary is consistently updated.
We are almost a month in and I am so pleased we chose this childcare centre.
I know how excellent the team are by how cheerful and content I see my daughter when I come to collect her.
She is quite a shy little girl but I can see that she is so comfortable with all the team and happily goes to them when I leave her in the morning when she gets upset.
In just a month I can see her self‑assurance growing and I have no doubt she will continue to thrive at this childcare centre.

From the moment we did our initial visit in 2021 we instantly knew this was the place for our son. The settling-in sessions were well organised and arranged around our availability as it was July/August and as he had just transitioned from 3-2 naps we were able to drop him off post naps so he had his time there. He’s now been there 6 weeks and there’s such a difference in his development. The activities posted each week on what they will journey in the baby room are all sensory and exciting. We adore getting daily updates on his observations – makes the day go quicker! Aside from the activities and the nutritional food provided the team are just incredible. Every day we get an update via the app but it’s the personable approach at drop-off and pick-up that just makes the whole journey even better. An extension of the family and we know that he’s cared for, looked after and thriving with assistance and adore. The team and facilities are incredible! Angels at Playtime are remarkable.

Team are very welcoming and supportive and will consistently inform me of her daily activities and keep her e log up to date. Thank you girls for your assistance to help my daughter to grow. My daughter started at Angels at Playtime childcare centre in July and they have been very accommodating to her needs.
