Our daughter loves it! Every colleague is compassionate, compassionate, supportive and there is a real family sense. The activities, team, creativity, room and outdoor space, is I think the best in the area! We’ve already booked a space for baby number two! Our little one has been at this childcare centre since she was 10 months old (now 3 years old) and we can’t suggest it more highly.

I was very nervous for my 18-month-old daughter to start childcare centre, as we had spent every moment together until then and she hated being apart from me. At the start, she cried every time she left me, but the team were so compassionate and attentive and worked with us so well that within a few visits she is so different. There are no tears at drop off and she tells me all about how much enjoyable she has there, she especially loves the outdoor time every day. I adore the app and her key worker is excellent at updating it throughout the day so that I can see what she’s been up to and what food she’s eaten. She has become much more social and enjoys being around the other kids and I can see a big change in her self‑assurance levels since starting there. The childcare centre is consistently spotless and my daughter really enjoys her time there. Bright Horizons, Hertford is such a compassionate and welcoming childcare centre and my daughter is so cheerful there!

From day one in the toddler room, he was made to sense welcome. He’s made great friendships and he’s developing really well. It is clear all the team really care for the kids, to get the best out of them. Our son loves attending the childcare centre. Our son has been attending this childcare centre for coming up to a year now and we are really cheerful with the choice we made.

Pick-up times are excellent with breakdowns of each of their days described by team. Hearing the stories of the day from our kids and the team is incredible, we are very proud parents. We look forward each day to updates on the app used by team to update parents with pictures, videos and observations.
Witnessing their relationship with the team grow every day ensures us we made the right choice. It is the best decision we made to send our kids here. The childcare centre has been remarkable from the first day we even enquired about it.
Settling in period could not have been easier without the guidance of their team putting us as parents at ease and making the transition to childcare centre smooth.

All of the team that we’ve met are incredibly well‑informed and attentive individuals, who are clearly passionate about creating a secure space for the kids to explore, learn and develop. The facilities are outstanding and very well cared for. It’s clear in every space that everything is cleaned thoroughly and regularly tidied so that the kids can have a excellent time playing. Our kid loves it here; she’s clearly very well settled at this childcare centre and gets stuck into a wide range of activities. We’ve particularly noticed how much her speech and ability to use her toddler fork and spoon are coming along! You can keep in touch with what your little one is doing, whilst at the childcare centre, via the app. The team also keep you up to date with your kid’s development along key milestones. Ever since my son started at 2 years old, I have felt so secure leaving him in the care of the fantastic team at Bright Horizons, Hertford. My son and I have built a lovely relationship with his key people as well as the rest of the team over the past two years, which I will miss greatly when he goes to school in September 2023. My son runs into childcare centre, three times a week and doesn’t look back, his days are filled with so much enjoyable and laughter, as well as discovering in all shapes and sizes. I consistently get a rundown of his day when I collect him, which consistently makes me smile. Whenever he’s had an accident or isn’t feeling well, I’m informed straight away, which fills me with self‑assurance that he’s been well looked after and attended to, at all times. I definitely have Bright Horizons to thank for my son’s intelligence and knowledge and am thrilled we chose to send him to Bright Horizons. We will be devastated when he can no longer go there and miss you so much! Thank you, Hertford team, we adore you! I could not adore this childcare centre more!

From the baby room, all the way to preschool, the care for the kids in each of those rooms is second to none. All the team make a excellent effort to build a relationship with not only your kid, but yourself as a parent. Updates is faultless. The setting itself is lovely, with a excellent little garden. I cannot suggest Bright Horizons, Hertford enough.

They not only promote discovering through playtime so that the kids have a enjoyable time discovering, but also are on hand to assistance them discovering about their emotions. They are also extremely attentive and supportive, when our kid has been poorly. The team at Hertford are consistently in hand, smiling, attentive and have the little ones’ best interests at the forefront of everything they do.

is just an incredible childcare centre. All the team go above and beyond to help you and your little ones. We had one issue that was raised with management and by the evening I had a phone call and it was all resolved by the morning. Their kindness and keeping parents included and up to date with their kid’s development is just remarkable. Both my son, who is now at primary school, and my daughter, who is still there, absolutely adore it and come out every day so excited about what they have done. We would like to give a mention to someone who is outstanding and that is the deputy manager. She is incredible and consistently there on hand to help with any issues. We would highly suggest this childcare centre. What can we say?
