The Chase Nursery Holland-on-Sea

Everyone at the childcare centre is so compassionate and attentive, I wish we could keep them throughout all of my daughter’s school years.
We’ve consistently received full handover on pick and we can give full handover on drop off, never sense rushed or an inconvenience. My daughter loves all the team at The Chase and can’t wait to go to childcare centre. She consistently comes out with the biggest smile and loads of things she has made throughout the day.
My daughter has just been diagnosed with additional needs, the childcare centre has been more than supportive and hands-on supportive of our family and our daughter. We couldn’t ask for more! I have recommended the childcare centre to friends and family! My daughter started the childcare centre in 2020, this will be her last year there before school.

You can tell they take time to know all the kids. They are approachable and easy to talk to. My son enjoys his time at the chase and talks about his friends and team. All the team are lovely and welcoming.

Since then, a few changes to the structure have been implemented, but all for the better with a 2-3-year-old area and a 3-4-year-old area. However, kids still all get the chance to playtime together outside which is lovely to help updates and language for the younger ones. The team are welcoming, so supportive and very welcoming. Very spotless and tidy childcare centre with so many different areas of discovering for the kids to explore. Highly recommended. My son has learnt so, so much and still has another year to go. My son started after his second birthday over a year and a half ago and he has loved every second.

I thoroughly delight in dropping off and picking up my granddaughter each week to see the ever-changing setting, where each season is decorated differently in such a creative and welcoming way. Each occasion (e..g Easter, the King’s coronation) is celebrated to ensure the kids’s discovering and understanding is developed in meaningful ways and the role playtime areas are constantly changing to the interests of the kids. As a former early years teacher, I am proud for my granddaughter to attend there, where I sense assured she is getting the very best start to her discovering. Were I to visit there in an Ofsted capacity, I sense I have already observed enough to award it Outstanding. Thank you all for your hard work and fantastic ideas built around the needs and interests of all of the lucky kids who attend your fantastic childcare centre. I am overwhelmed by the level of care and hard work of the team at The Chase Childcare centre.

He has special needs and they literally go above and beyond to make sure he’s cheerful, feels secure, listened to and well looked after. He recently transitioned over to the older room and they have been so patient with him. His 1-2-1 has stayed with him every step of the way and did it gradually (over a few months) which is why I sense my son is now so settled in there. I can’t thank this childcare centre enough for everything they do for my son.

I sense confident that she is well looked after and that she is cared for. My kid’s keyworker is fabulous and has a great base of knowledge about my kid and her abilities (even though she only attends one day a week). All in all, a lovely childcare centre setting for my kid to sense confident in, explore different activities and sense cared about, on a personal level. Stellar, personalised training for my kid.

My daughter absolutely thrives from attending and has learnt and grown into the young little lady she is today because of the fantastic, dedicated team. They are so welcoming, and nothing is ever a problem. When I drop my daughter off, I know she is in secure and capable hands. The overall standard of the childcare centre is nothing but exceptional, and we couldn’t suggest them enough. I can’t stress enough how incredible The Chase Childcare centre is.

Her days are consistently varied with a vast amount of different activities which keep her engaged. Since starting with The Chase she has grown in self‑assurance and has been hitting her key stages. I sense The Chase has given her a head start on her journey to school.
My wife and I have never had any negative issues in the 2 years she has been attending and we have no hesitation that when the time comes for our son to start childcare centre that he will also go to The Chase and receive the same outstanding care and early teaching that they provide. The team are all expert and it is clear they have a true vocation to be the best childcare centre nurses they can be. Our daughter loves attending and is consistently cheerful when we come to collect her.

The team are all so committed to ensuring the kids have the best time while they are there, the variety of activities they do is exceptional and keeps the kids engaged… my daughter comes out of childcare centre each day with a smile on her face saying, “I’ve had a fantastic day mummy”… not much more I could ask for! All the team members are extremely approachable and are consistently available to speak to when needed. My daughter has built remarkable relationships with the team, which is reassuring as her mum when leaving her there, as I know she is comfortable to be left too. We will all be extremely sad to leave the childcare centre when my daughter starts primary school, yet they have provided such a great foundation for her to start her school journey, for which we will be forever grateful. We couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre to send our daughter to.

I owe it all to the incredible team at The Chase Childcare centre. He loves going to the childcare centre; it’s often the only time he rushes to get out of the house! He loves all of the team there and consistently has the best day. I could not suggest this childcare centre enough! My son joined here in September 2020, and I cannot believe how much he has come along – especially with his speech.
