Busy Bees Chelmsford

They’re consistently pushing the boundaries and trying to get the best out of the kid’s couldn’t ask for more. We’ve had journey of the childcare centre right from babies and my daughter has consistently had a great lasting bond with her carers. Really excellent childcare centre.

They are all incredibly welcoming and provide a stellar level of care to both of my kids. They are attentive and conscientious, one of my kids has required different medication for periods of time and another started their childcare centre life with a restricted diet and they managed the medication and dietary requirements with no problem. The food is of excellent quality, healthy and varied. Both kids absolutely adore going to childcare centre and have formed excellent relationships with the team and as a parent you really get the impression the team there genuinely care about the kids. The initiatives and the varied curriculum are also outstanding and provide our kids with a excellent academic start. I would absolutely suggest this childcare centre setting, the team are exceptional, the facilities are a excellent standard and my kids adore it. The team at Busy Bees Chelmsford are first class.

My daughter was not potty trained and was struggling with her speech but since going to Busy Bees Chelmsford she’s come on tremendously!
She now completely off nappies and doesn’t stop chatting this is her improvement in a few months of going can only imagine what she will be like in the following months/years.

The team are all so welcoming, well‑informed and you definitely sense that the childcare centre is small enough for them to know all the kids, regardless of which class they are in, which is reassuring. There are regular updates on the app and via email and they are consistently able and willing to give an update over the phone as well if needed.
In the last month we’ve been able to visit classrooms and it’s been really lovely to see that my daughter is a well-liked and integrated member of the childcare centre community. Really, really cheerful with the care that they show her. My daughter has attended Busy Bees Chelmsford since October 2021 and the team at the childcare centre have gone above and beyond to help her adjust to being in an educational setting outside of home which given lockdown was a real worry for us.

She loves it there and immediately developed a excellent bond with her carers. I can see that she is liked there and feels very great. She learned a lot already and started developing a great British accent that she would never learn at home! I can suggest to everyone considering a childcare centre in Chelmsford – even if it isn’t the closest one to where they live. Whilst choosing a right childcare centre for our daughter we benchmarked all best nurseries in Chelmsford and this one scored highest because it:
– Is the cleanest,
– Has new/not worn out toys and furniture,
– Has private playtime garden of a fair size,
– Windows aren’t covered by film like we seen in other places so kids can delight in sunlight,
– Aircon was not stinky as we seen in an other place.
– It supports an app (provides daily updates on what kid does but also includes observations and assessments which we find exceptional).
Our daughter has been there since she turned 15 months, for over a year now.

We chose this venue as it is close to town and an easy walk to the train station. They have extended opening hours to early drop and late picks ups, they have big classes so therefore quite a lot of flexibility if you need to book an extra session at late notice. They have a lovely outdoor garden that all ages can use. Due to these reasons, it is one of the more expensive nurseries but we felt it was worth it for us! It is a big childcare centre so kids who are slightly more sensitive may sense overwhelmed at first. However, the team are lovely. One of my daughters is more sensitive and really needed help settling into the baby room and they spent lots of time and effort making her sense cheerful at childcare centre and she loves it now! Overall, I would definitely suggest it! Both my daughters have attended Busy Bees Chelmsford.

Our son has been attending part-time for the last 3 years, since he was 11 months old and the care and development he has received has been outstanding. Well organised and welcoming team. He loves his time there and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest to others. Busy Bees is an outstanding childcare centre with some of the best team.

Our daughter and son both adore going there. Everyone is so welcoming. The team are inviting and welcoming, and very supportive and informative if we have any questions. The indoor and outdoor facilities are first-rate; the organised activities are well-thought-out and the childcare centre’s educational framework has really boosted our kids’s discovering and development. I can’t suggest Busy Bees Chelmsford highly enough! Busy Bees Chelmsford is a excellent childcare centre!

The facilities are super and he particularly loves the garden space. He’s made excellent friends and loves the team home-cooked food too. Our son goes to Busy Bees three full days a week and absolutely loves it.

The team at the childcare centre are remarkable, from the senior leadership team down to the more junior members of team. My daughter has loved all the stages at Busy Bees in Chelmsford from the baby room right through to the Foundation room where she is now. Updates of her day are posted on the parents’ app including photos and comments and a full handover is given at the end of each day. The activities are varied and I sense that the childcare centre are doing a excellent job helping to get her ready for the transition to school. I would not hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to any other parents. My daughter has been attending Busy Bees in Chelmsford full time since April 2018 and is due to leave to go to school this year.
