Banana Moon Day Nursery Billericay

My little boy loves Banana Moon nursery and literally runs in. Searching for a nursery during a pandemic was difficult but I felt comfortable sending him here and 6 months later can confirm it was a good choice. The staff have gone way beyond at times and I feel like they all really care about the child’s wellbeing and learning. He has tried some really good food and is learning so much. I love receiving the updates on the app and seeing that he is enjoying himself.

Fantastic nursery with caring and very attentive staff. Good structure throughout the day for little ones. Lovely outside area for safe play and fun times!
Never have a problem and my little one has been going since he was about 6 months and now he’s nearly three.

Both of my sons have attended Banana Moon and loved it. They love the staff, the activities and have made great friendships. My youngest is still there now and enjoys all the arts and crafts and outdoor play with his friends. I would highly recommend the nursery to others.

Banana moon nursery has been remarkable for my son and I, the managers are caring and want the best for your children. They go to many lengths to give your child the best support, time and fun while at Banana Moon nursery they’re all lovely people who I’ve met.

My son has only been at this nursery for 2 weeks so far, however, I’m so glad I picked this nursery. His key worker is amazing, she really eased my worries with her constant updates on the app while I was at work.
I’m sure we will be at Banana Moon for many years.

My little boy has been at Banana Moon since Sept this year and he has been having a fantastic experience ever since, he always comes out happy and smiling at the end of the day. Having the blossom app really helps as well, the girls are so good at updating it regularly so I am always in touch with what is happening as my little boy doesn’t talk. The girls here are fab I have only ever been greeted warmly by them and they all seem to have a lovely relationship with my boy. Banana Moon was recommended to us and it was the best recommendation. We have been so pleased with our experience of Banana Moon nursery. Our son settled in so quickly, within days of starting, and I truly believe that was down to the effort of the staff to make a connection with him and get to know him. His key worker is fantastic and knows him very well, which we can tell from the updates she gives us when we see her at pick-up time. He always looks forward to seeing her each day. He is now in the toddler room and coming on leaps and bounds. The nursery always puts on lots of different activities for the children which we love seeing on the nursery app each day.
The food they provide is like a gastro pub! Lots of different meals on their menu for the children to enjoy. Our second son is due to start at Banana Moon next year, and we would (and have) recommend this nursery.

The staff make this nursery exceptional. Super friendly and approachable and the nursery always is up to date with improvements for the parent experience. The app works well, seeing pictures and getting information throughout the day is reassuring. The food and outdoor space are what sold it for me initially and I’ve been impressed with the activities and feedback plans since joining last year. The new remote doorbell is a win-win too! My son runs in with a smile on his face – what more could a parent want?

I have been really happy with all the staff at Banana Moon. I was a very nervous first-time mum putting my 11-month-old into childcare but the staff that have taken care of my son have been fantastic. He has clearly made some lovely bonds, talking about them at home has just filled me with all the reassurance and happiness I need.
