You really get a strong feeling that there is a special bond between the team and the kids that they look after. The childcare centre has a special ‘family’ feeling, a lovely extension from home life. My kids have produced some lovely cards, and craftwork at the childcare centre. They delight in all the varied activities that take place such as dancing, yoga, playing with playdoh, toy construction, playing with small world toys, arts and crafts, reading and development in anticipation of starting school whilst also providing a cheerful setting for them to form relationships with adults and kids.
The team are consistently keen to get the kids into the outside area, which is secure, and enjoyable and also encourages physical development and mental wellbeing.
My son has additional needs, and all the team have been absolutely fantastic, encouraging him to develop new skills and socialise with others in his way. The team at the childcare centre are compassionate, welcoming and supportive.

The team are very supportive and enjoyable to be around, my kids have never had an issue going into the club every morning. Both my kids attend Breakfast Club and they delight in going as the team are really welcoming and enjoyable!

He loves it as he knows the team will look after him and activities are tailored around the different kids and age groups. I’m cheerful in the knowledge my son is as well looked after and as cheerful as he would be at home. My son is currently at the breakfast and afterschool club that is run by the childcare centre.

My almost two year old can even do sign language!
The only reason why I didn’t give 5-stars is that I hoped the baby’s room went outside during the winter months more often. The outside space is quite basic and limited as well. Very nice team, spotless place, kids learn a lot and development with their skills very well.

Both my kids attend here. They are both developing fantastically. All team are so supportive and welcoming. I honestly couldn’t suggest this place more. Very cheerful with my kids coming here. This is such an incredible childcare centre.

Within the last few months, we’ve noticed a lot more varied activities taking place to keep the kids entertained, and our eldest in the Tiggers room – loves Wednesday football! The childcare centre has also supported our son with his dietary requirements. We sense very at ease leaving our kids at Shenfield childcare centre, secure in the knowledge they will be having enjoyable with carers who the kids really adore to be with. Our kids adore going to childcare centre, and this is a testament to how excellent the team are.

It’s so excellent to see how well our kids have developed their little personalities with the help of their key workers and surroundings. One of my main concerns with my (then one-year-old) son was how the childcare centre will settle him for his nap. However, they worked wonders; if only he goes down so easily for a nap at home! And it seems my 16-month-old daughter comes home from childcare centre discovering new skills (for example feeding herself) and independence every day! The team are all so attentive for the kids, and I know I don’t need to worry as they’re being very well entertained and looked after. The childcare centre has been incredible with both of our kids.
