Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Southend

Lovely nursery, brilliant staff and brilliant communication with staff to parents. My child loves this nursery. I wish this nursery was around when my eldest went to nursery as its lovely. I love the app that they use to communicate with the parents.

My son loves the nursery and he has been able to develop his social skills thanks to the magnificent efforts by the staff who engages him a lot. Great staff to children ratio, good communication and wide range of foods served to children. I’ll definitely recommend.

Really great place. Staff are excellent, friendly and it has a close family feel. Always know what they have been doing all day or eating via the app. My son loves this place and his nursery teachers. Highly recommended.

My daughter has been attending for a couple of months now. She went from being really anxious and worried to absolutely loving it in a very short space of time. All the staff have been amazing and the app is a great feature. I can definitely tell she has picked up some more skills since being there.

The overwhelmingly outstanding feature of this nursey is the staff. They do a fantastic job morning, noon, and night. Extremely conscientious, they love the children and the children love them back in return. My son is very happy there, always smiling and content. I am very pleased with this nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of enrolling their child.

My daughter has been going to Monkey Puzzle Southend since she was 6 months – she is now 2 1/2! My partner and I both work full time and the manager and the team are so helpful and accommodating to our needs alongside our daughters. It really is my little girl’s home from home which is so reassuring for us. She is absolutely thriving and loves her time spent there. Highly recommended!

My Granddaughter always has a smile on her face when greeted at the door in the mornings. This shows a good bond between the nursery and the child. We receive good updates daily, which are helpful and informative to monitor eating and sleep patterns. She has a good appetite and the food provided is varied.
When any of the family pick her up she is always happy, which tells me she has enjoyed her day.

I think all the girls are amazing my daughter loves it there and you can tell they love her too. Whenever I need an extra day The Manager or Assistant Manager are so helpful with this. Only thing I would like is that more photos were posted whether that being on social media or to myself. Before joining the nursery I was told I’d get once a day but when joining it was every month sometimes turning into every few months. Apart from this anyone who asks for a nursery I always send them to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Southend.

Since my child has started at Monkey Puzzle, he has come leaps and bounds. I get regular reports on his progress. The nursery staff are friendly and helpful. If messaged on the nursery app, they respond very quickly. My child enjoys all the food at the setting. He especially enjoys the garden. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone. Management are nice and helpful and organised with keeping parents updated with relevant information. Also, they organised nice trips and events at the nursery to keep the children happy and entertained. I’ve never really had any trouble with Monkey Puzzle Southend and overall 100% happy with the service!
