The staff are extremely approachable and warm and absolutely have the best interests of all the children in their care on their mind at all times. They’re also fantastic at supporting my child with his medical needs and dietary requirements.

I have really noticed the difference in my children when the come home. The staff have always been supportive if I have had any concerns/questions that need to be answered.

February 13, 2020 at 12:00 amMy grandson attends the nursery and although that initial few days he cried he has since improved. He now looks forward to his days there and I feel that he has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are very good. My daughter always talks about two of the staff members.

I though just come to play but I get lots of chances to be involved in her development, she is always getting things sent home for us to do with her to help her learn which I think is good and it makes me feel reassured that I know she is getting something out of going there. I like seeing how happy she is when I pick her up and how friendly the nursery is.

February 28, 2020 at 12:00 amFrom looking round to the taster session I felt so comfortable and like my baby was in such safe hands. I was so nervous about leaving her but the staff put me at ease and reassured me. My baby loves it so much now, she does lots of sensory play, she is excited every time we go!

March 4, 2020 at 12:00 amI have nothing but praise for this setting. My daughter goes to preschool here and since she started she has come on in leaps and bounds. The setting is always clean and tidy and the staff are always helpful and polite.
I like that they encourage independence and let children take the lead in certain tasks. They keep you informed of learning and really have the children’s interests at heart. A brilliant setting.

August 21, 2020 at 12:00 amThe staff at Paper Moon are always welcoming and go the extra mile. My son has always been very clingy to myself and yet working just a few short weeks he has started to go into nursery by himself and always full of stories and exciting things to show me he can now do when I collect him! My son even recognised one of the nursery nurseries whilst we was out doing our shopping (at only 2 years old) that shows what a good impression she has clearly had on him as he was desperate to talk to her, even off duty she made the time to say hello and chat to him. Would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone I know or who was a little apprehensive especially as it’s such a home from home for the children.

I cannot find any fault with the nursery or staff. The children can be left in the care of the staff and you know you have left your children in very capable hands.

The staff are caring, fun, imaginative and have empathy for the different needs of each child. Paper Moon has provided opportunities for my son to allow progression in his learning. My son now has self-confidence, self-care and thoroughly enjoys going to nursery and I will forever be grateful for the huge impact they have had in my son’s life.

October 20, 2021 at 12:00 amI moved my little boy to Paper Moon Boultham Park in August 2021. As he was previously in another nursery as there was no availability at the time I needed my little boy to start but the manager was great and fit us in as soon as she could. I really wanted him in as I had heard great things and it was close to our home. Obviously moving my little boy has unsettled him a little but the staff at Paper Moon have been amazing in helping him to settle. All the staff are great, but a special thanks to the staff in the toddler room they are so approachable and friendly and I know he is happy here. It’s so lovely to see what he has been up to on tapestry. It’s so settling when I’m at work to know my little boy is somewhere where he is happy and cared for so well. I would highly recommend Paper Moon Boultham Park.

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amMy child is very happy here. She enjoys going to nursery. I love to receive pictures and art that my child has made. Staff are approachable. Management provide clear messages. Management try to help with extra nursery days. My child is very comfortable at Paper Moon, she knows her way round. Meals are displayed on a board, this is good to read. I enjoy checking Tapestry for updates.

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has been going to Paper Moon Day Nursery for just over 6 months since he was 15 months old. The staff have always been amazing. He comes home immaculate every day even if he’s painted with his feet or had to play shaving foam all over him! Beautifully clean and warm. We absolutely love this nursery and it was the best decision to send our son here, even though there are several nurseries much closer to our home. Thank you, ladies.

January 27, 2023 at 12:00 amTwo of my children attend this nursery and both absolutely love being there. The staff have taken care of my children from being very young and the staff made my return to work so much easier knowing my children are looked after and happy where they are.
One of my children has a serious food allergy and the nursery staff and lovely cook have catered amazingly for him. They have ensured he never feels left out when the other children are eating something he can’t and knowing that his allergy is taken seriously is hugely important to me.
