Busy Bees Bitteswell

Busy Bees have been absolutely incredible! Our little boy has been very nervous leaving my side (mother) as he’s with me 24/7! So we wanted to make sure we found somewhere that could help him to settle in gently, where we were comfortable with the steps taken at his pace! The ladies here have been perfect and most importantly listened to our needs, followed them through and kept me updated constantly! Having the parent room is great, he knew I was there and he was just upstairs! Nothing was too much trouble even when constantly asking them to go check on him take photos, even got to peak and get the reassurance I needed! They helped by adapting the day to suit and please our son to settle in but importantly to prepare him for the next day. Leaving on a positive is huge they do this and personally! We checked all the nurseries in the area, this was by far the only one that listened and understood! We can’t thank the manager and all the ladies enough! Keep up the good work, you’re all doing fab!

The Lutterworth team are very proactive. I certainly don’t feel like a number but am treated individually. The team have worked with me on any issues that have arisen both with timings and behaviour issues. I find them approachable and personable. One carer, in particular, installed a pom pom system for my son and even gave him small rewards and treats to take home if he had a good week. Makes my son feel good and strive harder. Thank you for caring.

My son has been attending the nursery since September 2020 when he was 9 months old. I think all the staff are brilliant at what they do and my little boy’s development is amazing from day to day. I like that he gets to do a lot of different activities and it gives me ideas on what to do at home with him. The app is also amazing for this! Two members of staff, in particular, have both been a big part of my son’s development and he recognises them each time he sees them even on the tablet at home from when they were reading books. They are all amazing and can’t fault anything at all. Thank you to all the staff at Bitteswell and please know you are doing an amazing job.

My little boy attends Busy Bees full time in their Foundation Class and loves every second. He can’t wait to come home and tell us all what he has been up to during his day at Nursery. The team are fantastic, they take such great care of the children and do their utmost to make the children’s nursery days fun and exciting. I can’t thank them enough for how well my child is cared for, on a daily basis.

My little boy absolutely loves this nursery. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly and treat the children like their own. My little boy’s face lights up at drop off and he waves me goodbye with a smile.
The app they use to keep parents updated on what the children have been doing throughout the day is fantastic. I get a notification when he’s eaten, slept or had a nappy change as well as photos of him throughout the day, which I love.
The meals are written on a chalkboard outside the front door each day so you know what he’s going to be having. The meals are always nutritious and well balanced and the nursery caters for my son’s dietary needs without any fuss.

Our little boy absolutely loves it at BusyBees in Bitteswell. He has so much fun with his friends and loves everyone that looks after him. He often comes home and just talks about all the carers and what they’ve been playing. He beams when we pick him up because he has a great time there! The girls are brilliant with him and recognise his needs to keep him happy.

My little girl has been attending this nursery since she was 1 (now nearly 3) and my little boy is just starting. The staff are fantastic and my little girl loves her time at nursery and can’t wait to tell us about her days. There is the upmost kindness, care and attention to detail given by everybody at the nursery and the learning environments are so creative and constantly changing.

Both our son and daughter have attended since they were 10 months old (now 4 and almost 2 years old). We’ve always been really happy with the nursery and the care our children receive. However, in the last year, the nursery has really stepped up and improved every single aspect of the experience. The staff are incredible – friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Our children absolutely love to go and they participate in a huge range of fun activities which really support their development. The environments and provocations for play are constantly changing and what’s brilliant is that these are prompted by the children themselves. We get great feedback and daily photos. The menu is varied and nutritious. It’s clean and safe. They have started offering extra activities like football and yoga, which my son loves. They have also put a lot of thought into how to prepare the 3/4 years olds for school too. I cannot fault it and I’m so grateful that we decided to send our children here!

Absolutely love this nursery. Before choosing Busy Bees, we saw two other nurseries and my gut feeling told me this was the best place. The staff are professional and the facilities are modern and clean. I am so glad I chose Busy Bees, Bitteswell. Before joining, I was anxious as my daughter was breastfed during the day and she would only nap in a blackout room, I should not have worried! Since day one she ate, slept and was totally happy! No tears, just happy to see all the staff members. The lovely staff at Busy Bees adapt to my daughter’s needs (she joined when she was 11 months old). If she needs a nap in the morning she has one, if she needs a very long afternoon nap she can have that too, meals are delicious and I get constant updates on numerous fun activities she participates in. The nursery app is fantastic and you can see when/what she has eaten, slept, photo updates etc. I highly recommend Busy Bees, Bitteswell.

Our daughter has now been at Busy Bees, Bitteswell for approximately five months. We have watched her develop and grow and generally go from strength to strength in all aspects of her learning and development which we absolutely put down to the phenomenal staff team. All we have come into contact with, show a genuine investment in our daughter’s well-being and potential. Staff and management are always available and approachable for discussions/updates which is so important considering our daughter started nursery so young and changes so quickly!
We love the daily updates we receive from the nursery in terms of food, fluids, naps and photos of activities, just gives us added peace of mind that she’s having a good day whilst we’re at work. The updates throughout the day are always alongside a thorough handover at the end of the day and we love hearing about the varied activities she has participated in throughout the day. Beyond grateful to of found this in our eyes faultless nursery!
