Twisty Tails Nursery (Colindale)

Huge thanks to Twisty Tails at Colindale. She has been going here ever since she was around 4 months old and she is now over 1 and development so much. Very delighted with my little girl’ s progress and she looks forward to visiting the day‑care every day.

Thank you. On the whole delighted with the care. At times there kid/ adult ration seems less but this has now been addressed. There has been an incident regarding a food allergy but this was dealt with promptly and attentively by management. Always willing to take my little boy for an extra session, flexible. Friendly. Very accommodating team.

Thank you! They offer daily/ weekly/ quarterly updates with photos, which is terrific. The team are remarkable and extremely supportive. I am absolutely delighted that our little girl has enjoyed the day‑care in the last 6- months.

I would definitely suggest it to my friends. And they consistently listen and help when I have any concerns. We get feedback each day via the app to know the daily life of my little girl at the day‑care and received many pictures and comments weekly. Each month they have a planned theme for the babies’/ kids’ sessions, and I able see my little girl learned a lot during role- play, garden play, painting, baking and so on. The team are outstanding, extremely attentive and consistently have smiles on their faces. I am pleased with the care she received. My little girl is truly delighted at Twisty Tails Nursery- Colindale- the day‑care routine helps her get better eating and sleeping pattern.

She seems so delighted after a day of excitement at day‑care. They have been extremely patient and are consistently delighted to see her and meet our needs. The team are lovely, and my little girl has settled amazingly after a difficult year of being only at home.

I would definitely suggest this day‑care to everyone. My boys are extremely delighted and they have loved it ever since their first week. My twin boys have been going to Twisty Tails Nursery- Colindale ever since April this year.

as a parent, I am delighted to see my little boy getting engaged with wonderful teachers and his peers. Information from Tapestry helps us to know what my kid development is and how we able work on it at home to encourage him. Activities played in day‑care are quite wonderful. My little boy has started expressing/ pointing to an object that he needs or what he wants to say ever since he joined Twisty Tail Nursery. Care towards my little boy from all team is outstanding. Good location. Staff are extremely useful and welcoming.

As a parent, if someone else experienced what we’ ve been through at this day‑care I would want to know. There’ s not enough space to write a detailed review here. The first SAR was ignored, and the 2nd was refused due to a lack of technology to blur out faces( that is not how you reply to a SAR). We made a Subject Access Request to view the CCTV of the accident. He had a brain scan which luckily came back clear. The final straw was when our little boy had an accident at day‑care and then had a seizure the next day. The Area Manager said 4 hours was standard at TT. We had to complain multiple times about his nappy not being changed enough( lots of times he was in the same nappy for over 4 hours). The tech/ app they use is extremely basic and does not offer much info at all on what our little boy was doing throughout the day. Our little boy attended Colindale from Jan to Apr 2022. Unfortunately, we had a bad time at Twisty Tails.

I strongly suggest Twisty Tails. He has come a long way in terms of development, communication, and independence. The day‑care team are consistently reassuring to the kids and guardians and kept me well informed of his progress and daily sessions. He loved the day‑care team and being with the kids. We benefited from a long and flexible settling period, which helped my little boy get used to the new space. My little boy attended this day‑care in the baby room and in the over 2- year- olds room and he enjoyed being in both areas.

We able see the feedback in the nurseries app and track what my little girl has been development. She is extremely delighted and I able see that she learns and enjoys the daily sessions. My little girl adores coming to Twisty Tails Nursery- Colindale.
