December 10, 2019 at 12:00 amI am thankful for the staffs patience and support especially when this is my first child and we are especially close to each other. He is now very happy and settled at the nursery and I go to work knowing he is well taken care of. A nursery that I will certainly recommend.

December 18, 2019 at 12:00 amVery accommodating staff. Friendly. Always willing to take my son for an extra session, flexible. There has been an incident regarding a food allergy but this was dealt with promptly and attentively by management. At times there child/adult ration seems less but this has now been addressed. On the whole happy with the care. Thank you.

December 18, 2019 at 12:00 amMy twin boys have been going to Twisty Tails Nursery – Colindale since April this year. I am really pleased with the care they are receiving. The staff are excellent, very caring and always have a smile on their faces. My boys are very happy and they have loved it since their first week. I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone.

January 15, 2020 at 12:00 amWe are very happy with the care and attention of this nursery. My daughters (one in the baby room and the other in the preschool room) are always happy when they are dropped off and picked up from nursery and always look forward to attending the following day.
The outdoor area is spacious with decent outdoor equipment that’s sufficient enough to keep them busy whilst they are out there. The management and entire staff members are lovely and are always willing to help, support and listen. I would recommend the nursery to friends and family.

March 19, 2020 at 12:00 amStaff are very helpful and friendly. Good location. Care towards my son from all staff is excellent. My son has started expressing/pointing to an object that he needs or what he wants to say since he joined Twisty Tail Nursery. Activities played in nursery are quite good. Information from Tapestry helps us to know what my child development is and how we can work on it at home to encourage him. as a parent, I am happy to see my son getting engaged with good teachers and his peers.

November 18, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son attended this nursery in the baby room and in the over 2-year-olds room and he enjoyed being in both areas. We benefited from a long and flexible settling period, which helped my son get used to the new environment. He loved the nursery team and being with the children. The nursery team are always reassuring to the children and parents and kept me well informed of his progress and daily activities. He has come a long way in terms of learning, communication, and independence. I highly recommend Twisty Tails.

April 30, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter is really happy at Twisty Tails Nursery – Colindale – the nursery routine helps her get better eating and sleeping pattern. I am pleased with the care she received. The staff are excellent, very caring and always have smiles on their faces. Each month they have a planned theme for the babies’/kids’ activities, and I can see my daughter learned a lot during role-play, garden play, painting, baking and so on. We get feedback each day via the app to know the daily life of my daughter at the nursery and received many pictures and comments weekly. And they always listen and help when I have any concerns. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The staff are very careful with children, and it is a pleasure to know that she is happy when she is in. May 16, 2021 at 12:00 amI am very happy with the care the staff from Twisty Tails Nursery – Colindale gave to my boy. He started at a very young age at ten months, in the baby room and he received the attention and love he needed to settle well. He was always happy to go in and he felt at home there. When he turned two he moved in toddlers room, where he seems to be as happy as upstairs. The staff are always smiling, welcoming and happy to help. The nursery has a “home away from home “ feeling which is much needed at such young age.

January 5, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has been going to Twisty Tails Nursery in Colindale since he was 10 months old. He is in his final few months until he goes to big school. He seems really happy at nursery and is very keen to go in. He has come on leaps and bounds the past few months, spelling his name, phonics and his toileting has come a long way. So a big thank you to the manager and her amazing team!

July 25, 2022 at 12:00 amUnfortunately, we had a bad experience at Twisty Tails. Our son attended Colindale from Jan to Apr 2022.
The tech/app they use is very basic and does not provide much info at all on what our son was doing throughout the day.
We had to complain multiple times about his nappy not being changed enough (lots of times he was in the same nappy for over 4 hours). The Area Manager said 4 hours was standard at TT.
The final straw was when our son had an accident at nursery and then had a seizure the next day. He had a brain scan which luckily came back clear. We made a Subject Access Request to view the CCTV of the accident. The first SAR was ignored, and the 2nd was refused due to a lack of technology to blur out faces (that is not how you reply to a SAR).
There’s not enough space to write a detailed review here. As a parent, if someone else experienced what we’ve been through at this nursery I would want to know.

August 8, 2022 at 12:00 amMy child attended Twisty Tails Colindale Nursery for the last 2 years. She is now ready for a big school and I would like to say a big thank you to the Colindale team. The staff are amazing and we will miss you all. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a warm and caring environment for their child.
