July 6, 2021 at 12:00 amOur son has been at the nursery for nearly three months and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of services of the Wandsworth Preschool. The staff always gives a high level of care, attention and love to our son as well as all other children. The staff always try to vary the activities from one week to another so the children can explore different areas in painting, drawing and reading aspects. A lot of attention is also given to the hygiene to ensure that all children are safe and remain healthy. The staff always help each child to feed by giving personal support to those who are distracted during lunchtime. They have recently asked us whether our son wanted another food as they had noticed that he did not eat a lot from his plate. The employees give a lot of attention to detail, and this is what we really like at the Wandsworth Preschool. Our son keeps learning and exploring day after day. Thank you to everyone working at the Wandsworth Preschool! Keep it up!

July 7, 2021 at 12:00 amMy child started The Wandsworth Preschool in March 2021 and I have nothing but praise to sing about the nursery! I was very apprehensive as my lockdown baby had never been away from me and was still quite young but all staff managed to put me at ease and my child settled extremely well. He is always keen to get his shoes on in the morning to go to nursery and always so happy throughout the day. Staff are friendly but professional, thorough, understanding and very caring. Since starting my child has began to meet his milestones rapidly, due to attentive staff and a great variety of activities he is able to learn through play. I particularly enjoy seeing my child learn and develop on there CCTV facility as well as seeing what he is up to during the day on there online journal. I would definitely recommend the nursery.

July 8, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at The Wandsworth Preschool for the past three years and I feel so lucky that she’s been able to attend such an incredible nursery.
I can directly compare her experience with the nursery her older siblings went to and can say with complete confidence that the Wandsworth pre-school is in a whole different league of excellence.
The warmth, creativity, genuine care and consistency of the staff has been one of the key reasons my daughter has thrived and loved her time there. The focus on a wide range of artists and the displays and inspiration available to the children (and their parents) is exceptional. Sometimes wondering through the nursery was like going to a creative art installation with so much stimulation and talking points.
Our daughter has loved being able to do ballet, yoga, dance, as well as cooking and lots of singing and dancing. Seeing a whole nursery performance of The Wizard of Oz was a definite highlight.

July 15, 2021 at 12:00 amPersonal, empathetic, caring and creative is how I’d describe The Wandsworth Preschool. My daughter started when she was 6 months old and we’ve just left (due to leaving London) 2.5 years later. From the first interactions with the nursery, it’s been personal. As we joined pre-COVID, the home visit by our mentor was a wonderful touch to help us get to know her. The creativity of the nursery and the packed schedule of events, celebrations, artist of the month provides a fantastic level of creativity, which gets everyone involved. I was amazed I could chat with my 2-year-old about famous artists, she put me to shame! The effort and work that went into the play at Christmas was again impressive, particularly during a COVID peak. My daughter got really into nature and by talking to the team they got some caterpillars, did a worm house and grew flowers on the patio. The senior team take time to understand you as a parent too and support you when you need it. We were so sad to leave!

April 14, 2022 at 12:00 amWe have had such a positive experience with the Wandsworth Preschool. My oldest daughter started there nearly 2 years ago and my youngest has been there for 2 months. They both love going to nursery and my eldest begs me to stay longer every time I pick her up! The preschool is a very nurturing and loving environment. I feel that every teacher knows both my children in and out, and they take such an interest in their lives and ours as parents. They continue to introduce new and exciting concepts and activities for the children – such as a library room, rabbits, tadpoles, French lessons, a wellness garden and a construction site! I feel that the content is stimulating and it sparks lots of new conversations between my nearly-3-year-old and myself. We are so happy with the school and couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amWe want to drop a note to say how happy we are that the new manager has joined the nursery and what a difference it has made. The staff in my child’s room have always been so nice but the change in direction this nursery has had is unbelievable – it has been turned around so quickly to a positive place. The attention to detail with the kids, the manager gives, is incredible and with parents too, they always have time for our questions and in every way help and support us. I never imagined a London nursery to have such a homely feel. The rabbits – I can see a difference in my child’s behaviour around animals already. The reading room and sensory room are so calm and peaceful. I would recommend the nursery to everyone.

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amI’m so pleased my son remained at the nursery and I can tell the manager is really passionate about the nursery. There have been a lot of positive changes and the main thing is that the children are very happy which is so lovely to see. The new additions fluffy and biscuit have been an extra added bonus, my son talks about them and it’s lovely for children to have a pet around from a young age. Communication isn’t an issue these days we are always kept in the loop as to what is happening and there is more of a community feel now.

June 1, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has attended The Wandsworth Preschool since he was 8 months and I am absolutely blown away by his development. All of the staff are amazing, friendly and kind, and genuinely care about my son and helping him to grow and thrive. I’ve noticed a huge difference since my son started at the nursery, and he loves all the staff so much. His speech has come along in leaps and bounds, which is encouraged daily by the manager and his mentor. Out of all the nurseries in the area, I am so glad we chose this one. Each day my son attends, he always has the best time. I am grateful to the manager and her team!

June 2, 2022 at 12:00 amWe have seen a significant improvement in the nursery since the latest principal started. We always see her on her knees talking to the kids, holding them or playing with them. Our daughter is happy and is developing great confidence, partly because of the care and education the nursery is providing. The premises look tidy, fun and informative and the staff seem more relaxed and happy. The sports new sessions and the two bunnies/mascots are additional experiences for the kids, which we are very grateful for. Looking forward to the new system put in place, as is the only thing they are missing at the moment.

July 8, 2022 at 12:00 amThe manager and her team are doing an amazing job at the nursery. My son loves going there every day and I can see massive improvements in his speech since he went there full time. (He used to go half a day until mid-May). I don’t have the slightest worry when he is there, as I know he is well looked after.

August 1, 2022 at 12:00 amWe have been with the nursery for the past 4 years when our eldest daughters started (now at school) and then our son attended for the past 2 years. It’s been a great experience, especially in the last year, since the new principal joined. We really appreciate her transparency and honesty and we really trust her and her staff! They are very caring and experienced, a great support for us throughout our children’s development. The space is great, the rooms are spacious and full of interesting activities for the children and we love the variety: well-being space, library, sensory room, etc. Also, the outdoors is an amazing space, when looking for a nursery we were very firm on the importance of access to the outdoors, which many nurseries in London lack. In this nursery, our son spends a good amount of time outdoors and he is engaged with fantastic activities he is keen to tell me all about when I go to pick him up, of course, after a visit to Fluffy and Biscuit!

September 22, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter was very happy at The Wandsworth Preschool. The staff and new managers have worked so hard to make it a happy, fun place to send children and they feel relaxed and enjoy their days. The new initiatives work really well and the sports coaching seems really fun. We love it there.

September 22, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter attended the nursery from age 2 right up until leaving to go to school. We’ve had a really positive experience with the nursery and she has been very happy there. The outdoor facilities are fab (the construction area was a big hit!) and the special classes and rabbits were a bonus. The new manager and her team have worked hard to build up the nursery staffing and community again, and I feel like they really knew my daughter well and were great at supporting her development.

September 22, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter went here for a couple of years. It’s a lovely nursery with good staff and a great manager. The rooms are modern and spacious. The handovers are documented. The outside play area is really good and they have bunnies! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

March 27, 2023 at 12:00 amAll the teachers in the baby room are brilliant. My son was 9 months old when he started so was the youngest in his group but right from the settling in sessions, they were all very attentive and very kind and loving. Our older children went to a different nursery and whilst it was good, Wandsworth Day Nursery is a different level. I get the feeling that the teachers actually love their job and actually love the children. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone!

March 27, 2023 at 12:00 amI am so happy with this nursery. My son is so happy there. The staff is very kind. My son learned a lot of songs, he is confident and loves playing with other kids there. Nursery is very clean. I am very happy and highly recommend this nursery.

March 28, 2023 at 12:00 amCaring nursery with great teaching and facilities… even bunnies! We’ve loved it for both of our kids, and our son is still enjoying his time there now. Leadership is great – very caring. Flexible if you want to add on days and really creative.

March 28, 2023 at 12:00 amWe’ve been here for seven months but it feels like she’s always been here. The staff are all lovely and feel like friends and family. She loves it and will ask for her teachers at the weekend.
The class sizes are small and they’re always doing lots of lovely activities.
The management company has recently changed and there have been some changes but nothing has seemed to have a knock on to the kids. We have an app where we get all the info on what the kids have been doing for the day and observations. We couldn’t recommend the nursery more.

April 11, 2023 at 12:00 amI will clarify that to date my son has only completed a two-week settling period and one full day at the nursery, but I am genuinely so pleased with our decision to send him to The Wandsworth Day Nursery. When we were choosing a nursery, it stood out for a number of reasons, but primarily it felt very spacious (especially outside) and incredibly well set up and we were so impressed with the manager who hosted our tour and who was on hand afterwards to deal with any queries. The school and particularly the deputy manager have been so accommodating with a number of start date changes from us and our son has thoroughly enjoyed the time he has spent there to date. His key worker and others in his room are fantastic with him and we are kept up to date daily using the app. With the on-site chef, we know our baby is eating as healthily as he does at home. The experience to date has made the idea of returning to work and leaving the baby in nursery four days a week a much less worrying prospect.

April 12, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter attended The Wandsworth Day Nursery until she started reception in 2021 and she was the happiest there. We always found the management, the staff, the facilities, the level of caring for the children and all the learning activities amazing! Currently, they even have the cutest bunnies that the children love! When my baby boy was ready to start nursery we thought trying a different nursery was a good idea, but no, it was a big mistake, Wandsworth Day Nursery is one of the best in the area and we were by all means, welcome to bring my son in with the greatest flexibility and it was the best decision! He (and us) absolutely love it and I can just tell by how happy he is to go in and when we pick him up. Kudos to the new management and all the staff for the brilliant job they do, I cannot recommend it enough!
