April 3, 2025 at 2:33 amI remember in his first week he went into Clifton, visited the library and got a hot chocolate from a cafe, he felt so grown up! He also learnt a lot of phonics and numeracy competences, which really set him up for reception. The assistance we had during lockdown was really useful too, with the educators providing support by phone tailored to each kid, which really helped us during this period. It is a spacious and calm space, where the personnel really support about the youngsters and take the time to organise lots of fun activities and days out. I would strongly suggest it for all little ones, and especially those who struggle to settle into noisy or busy environments. The Hive provides excellent pre-school provision which, is led by educators, while also providing the hours needed to assistance working parents. My young lad has struggled to settle in other settings, but he settled into the Hive extremely quickly.

The end to end time of visiting The Hive – Nursery Pre-School, meeting the mentors, understanding the settings and services provided to settling our girl into her first day was incredible! The whole service and journey exceeded our expectations and really put our minds at ease in sending our girls there!

It has provided fantastic support for my little one who is old for her year and my boy who is truly young. It’s a truly wonderful place. The Hive – Nursery Pre-School has been exceptional for both my youngsters. The team really get to know your youngster and nurture their interests with careful knowledge of their individual needs and abilities.

We had been thrilled with his previous early‑years hub, but The Hive was an obvious improvement in many ways. Well done to the whole team at The Hive, and thank you. Our boy originally was enrolled at a popular workplace childcare centre outside the city. The sites, the attention, the absorbing and the crew were all first class. In particular, our little one had such a fantastic and successful start to his reception year, thanks to the excellent preparation in The Hive, that we cannot advocate it enthusiastically enough for any parent thinking of sending their youngster to the main school. We would suggest The Hive to the parents of any little one.

July 3, 2025 at 9:01 pmExcellent preparation for reception class, with almost daily phonic lessons through games. Our little one settled in exceptionally well, she enjoyed this pre-school. We had a wonderful period at The Hive! The educators and the team are exceptionally fantastic, passionate and caring. With incredible resources and setup, the youngsters can explore different playing areas (inside and outside).
