Room Leader

High Hopes Day Nursery are looking for Room Leaders to oversee the running of a room and managing staff team.

Provide highstandards of care for the children.

Must be confident to lead a team and delegate tasks.

Delivery of caring and enaging childcare.

Planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculm.

Acting as a key person to designated children.

Overall responsibilty for the general running of their room.

Report to the Nursery Manager in order to ensure consistent quality.

Skills / Qualifications:

- Qualified to level 2 or 3
- Knowledge of the EYFS
- Knowledge and understanding of Ofsted guidelines
- Ability to build relationships with parents.
