We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement educational activities that promote the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children’s development and daily activities.
- Maintain compliance with EYFS standards and nursery policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities.
- Assist with meal times and personal care routines ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Requirements:
- A Level 3 or Level 2 qualification in Childcare and Education (such as NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to equal opportunities and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- First Aid training is highly desirable.
