September 1, 2024 at 1:08 amIt has also been unsettling for the kids not having room leaders for long periods of time etc. The current manager is expert and responsive.
Parents were recently invited into the childcare centre to watch a Christmas production which was excellent and it was excellent! Hopefully, there will be more in the future.
More funding for resources is required so the team can plan more enriching activities for the kids.
Updates around changes of policy needs to improve. The expectation for parents to guess when a policy might change is unacceptable. There has been a high turnover in team, including management which has led to inconsistency.

September 4, 2024 at 6:22 pmThe team are very welcoming and understand how hard it is when leaving your baby for such a long day. You get a report of how your kid’s day has been, i.e. eating, fluids, toilet checks etc. I would suggest to anyone or close friends. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for only a couple of months and she loves it, consistently comes out cheerful, laughing and confident.

September 13, 2024 at 10:09 amThey are so creative in what they celebrate monthly and introduce new tastes for the little ones including, from around the world in celebration of big events such as Chinese New Year. The daily logs are perfect for knowing exactly what your little one has gotten up to for the day and enables you to also post any updates. I sense completely at ease knowing my daughter is getting the best care whilst I am at work, which eases our minds so much. I can’t thank the childcare centre enough for the incredible and compassionate care they consistently give. We absolutely adore this childcare centre, my little girl has been going since she was ten months old and consistently goes in cheerful.

However, from day 1, it was very clear I didn’t need to worry. The team are incredible in what they do and my little boy loves going each day. They consistently have a excellent enjoyable-filled and educational day planned. My little one has come on leaps and bounds and we look forward to further development. I absolutely adore this childcare centre.

The team are excellent if my daughter is ever upset in the mornings and the updates and online journey is exceptional. I sense like I know exactly what she has been doing throughout the day. A fantastic childcare centre and fantastic team.

January 28, 2025 at 9:36 amHe is incredibly cheerful there and walks in by himself without a worry and greets me with a smile at the end of each day. He has a close bond with his carers who pay special attention to him and adapt as his needs change as he grows. The team provide comprehensive end-of-day updates both verbally at pick-up and via their app. They keep in regular contact with us also on his development/childcare centre updates via telephone and email. They look to tailor the activities to the kids and their interests/discovering needs. The management team are also very accessible – regularly speaking to parents – and clearly adore the kids while leading a fantastic cheerful team. The outdoor area is also fantastic and a big plus! It offers lots of space for the kids to explore in a secure, modern and spotless setting. We are very cheerful with this childcare centre and know our kid is in secure hands. My son has attended Rogers Burrow Childcare centre for more than a year now.

April 2, 2025 at 1:22 amWhen my son is upset to leave us, they provide him with encouragement and appear to be a very kid-focused childcare centre.
Our son has intolerances and so far they have ensured that he has been able to have certain foods and provided him with alternatives if he wasn’t allowed.
We have already noticed small changes within our son and sense he is going to flourish with the childcare centre.
We hope one day in the near future to maybe be allowed into the childcare centre to see him properly in the childcare centre setting. My son has only been with the childcare centre a fortnight and so there are still areas that need to be ironed out such as the e-logs.
My husband and I had been extremely nervous at our son beginning childcare centre as due to Covid he had become very attached to me and therefore we struggled for anyone else to settle him to sleep etc, however from day one the childcare centre team achieved this and I can’t sing their praises enough.

April 5, 2025 at 2:26 amThey assistance every kid and have different enjoyable activities planned for each day which also helps them learn. They also give you feedback at the end of the day, and also send out daily diaries with what your kid has eaten and what they have done during the day. They send out pictures to you of what your kid has been doing. My little boy started in the baby room in July 2020, and I can’t thank the team enough for what they have done for my little boy, he has grown in self‑assurance.

April 17, 2025 at 5:04 pmThe facilities encourage discovering and development and they all benefit greatly from the upgraded outside playtime space. Would highly suggest to all. My eldest kid has just left the childcare centre after 3 fantastic years and his brother started in March 2020.
The team are incredible, they are completely kid-focused and consistently look for ways to encourage and assistance the kids.

April 23, 2025 at 5:40 pmRight from the start, the fantastic team have been so compassionate and attentive to him and create a welcoming, enjoyable and imaginative setting. The new garden facilities are exceptional and it is excellent to see the kids outside regularly. The updates is outstanding and we are very cheerful with every aspect of the care our son receives.
The morning excitement of arriving at childcare centre and running into the enjoyable without so much as a backwards glance says it all to me. My 2-year-old has been at Roger’s Burrow full time since he was 6 months old and is absolutely thriving.

May 2, 2025 at 11:42 amAt Christmas this year he made two sets of all his decorations, cards and Christmas art one for me and one for his dad, things like this mean a lot and I am thankful the team here are so attentive and thoughtful. My son loves and thrives in this childcare centre and he has come on leaps and bounds since attending Rogers Burrows, it is such a nice feeling how much he loves the childcare centre team and he consistently looks forward to going in.

My daughter is currently in the toddlers room after yet another seamless transition from the baby room. Both kids loved going especially to the party and dress-up days. We can not thank the childcare centre enough for their help and assistance and we have recommended the childcare centre to both friends and family as a result. I have had dealings with the childcare centre for 7 years now (with 2 kids).

I know my youngest is in the safest hands there, and they delight in watching her grow and develop. The garden makeover has made a huge difference to the childcare centre and is a fantastic place for them to playtime outside safely in the summer. Both my kids have attended Rogers Burrow childcare centre, and I would highly suggest them, especially in the earlier age groups.

All the team are welcoming and give outstanding feedback on your kid’s daycare and activities they also take photos and fill diaries so you can keep up with the day-by-day journals of your kid’s discovering and enjoyable. I suggest Roger Burrows Childcare centre highly, they are diligent, attentive and lots of enjoyable for your kids.

She has never cried from day one. The garden is remarkable such a lovely space for all the kids to access. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to everyone. My kid has come on leaps and bounds since joining the childcare centre, its like a home from home.
