Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Administrator to join our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in various administrative tasks.

Duties:

- Responsible for handling enquiries for multiple sites - Edinburgh and West Lothian.
- From email to phone, social media to online listings, you will be responsible for ensuring all enquiries are recorded on our internal systems.
- Providing great customer service at all times.
- Providing enquiries with all the information they need including brochures and registration forms.
- Managing Nursery Manager diaries and booking in showrounds.
- Following our Customer Journey policy to ensure all enquiries receive the same level of service.
- Ensuring systems are updated for weekly/monthly reports.

Experience and skills:

- Proven experience in an administrative role is desirable

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

- Competency in office procedures and protocols

- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

- Proficiency in using systems for business purposes

- Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records

- Familiarity with administrative processes
