Our son has been attending Monkey Puzzle for the past two years. The place itself is not too big which, in my view, makes it a perfect environment for babies and toddlers. The staff and management are well trained, accommodating, welcoming and carrying. Our son knows the names of each member of staff and feels very comfortable in the setting. Food is prepared daily at the nursery and from what I can see, he loves it. Kids spend a lot of time in the garden and have additional activities like forest school or stretch and grow. I am confident to say he is enjoying his time at the nursery.

The nursery is fantastic having seen a number in the Golders Green, Hampstead and West Hampstead area. Staff are what make it – all so friendly, warm and kind and really care about the children. The setting is warm, clean and offers so much for children of all ages. We couldn’t be happier with everything from daily activities, food and development.

During the pandemic, the nursery has taken all the measures and extra care to follow all the Government guidelines to keep the staff, children and families safe. Our daughter is 21 months and loves going to the nursery. There are so many activities, a great outdoor space, interaction with other children her age. We can really see how much she is improving, learning, saying her first words and having a great routine at nursery and consequently at home.

Monkey Puzzle has consistently exceeded my expectation in terms of the quality of service provided and covering holistically every aspect of my child’s developmental progress from communication to teaching good habits, to learn how to eat with other children.
I have seen so much progress in my child since she started going to creche and this is testament to the abilities and passion of the staff at Monkey Puzzle.

We have had an excellent experience at this nursery having sent our eldest here and now our youngest. The staff are friendly, approachable and have a genuine care and kindness towards the children, each other and the families. It feels like a family and we feel our children have been nurtured appropriately, made to feel safe and made learning fun.

My child has been going to the nursery for over a year now and is extremely settled and enjoys each day she goes. The excitement to go to nursery each day is a joy to watch as well as at the end of the day explaining activities along with names of carers and friends.
The nursery has been fantastic during the pandemic providing transparent information and support.
A shoutout to the in-house chef too who seems to make lovely meals catered to the kids and is a great comfort to us as they cater to our childs specific dietary needs.
The staff are fantastic, led by the manager, but all staff members have been helpful, clear, caring and loving and epitomise the lovely family feel of the nursery with a clear connection between kids and carers which can be seen during drop off and pick up!

Our son joined the nursery on a full-time basis about a year ago. We feel so relaxed leaving him there since he is always eager to get in the nursery and when we pick him up he is bursting with joy. It is evident that the staff are professional, friendly, compassionate, and patient. As for our son’s educational development, his language, self-confidence, and mannerisms have improved decently, and he enjoys the relationships with the teachers in the nursery. Overall, we would recommend parents to take advantage of the high level of care and education provided by the nursery reassuring their child will be well taken care of and have a lot of fun.

We are very happy with our experience at Monkey Puzzle Golders Green. Our two children happily run into the nursery every morning and hug their teachers. Similarly, they are buzzing with happy energy when we pick them up.

We are particularly impressed with the teaching that our children receive at the nursery and the effort that is put into organising fun activities, such as baking, cooking and science experiments. The staff are also lovely and enthusiastic and will give you a very detailed report of your child’s day if you wish.

Overall, we are very happy but would like more developmental feedback.

We consider ourselves so fortunate to have found the manager and team at Monkey Puzzle. Our two kids attend full-time, we have a three-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl. Our kids transferred from another kindergarten system about six months ago and it has gone so smoothly. We found the Monkey Puzzle team really engaged with us to ensure our kids settled well. It is an incredibly warm environment with a perfect balance of dun and learning. The in-house chef is amazing too! Both our kids are thriving and happy here.

I’ve had a great experience with Monkey Puzzle, the staff are kind, caring and respectful. They go out of their way to make my little one comfortable and happy and try to include her belief system at home (we are Jewish) into her curriculum e.g. festivals and things like that. They are also big on acceptance, inclusivity and celebrating difference which I love.

Our daughter enjoys the nursery. She adores her key worker and also other persons involved with her. She enjoys reliving and replaying the games that she does at the nursery at home. The food is excellent and facilities are well thought out. I am very happy that we decided on this nursery and I would happily recommend it to anyone.

We are happy to see our daughter is learning and adapting to the English language so quickly. As foreigners, you always worry about your child’s adaption.
The nursery also has an app to share moments with the parents, unfortunately, the posts are so scarce that it makes it to lose its purpose I think this is an area that the nursery could focus on to improve the service. Finally, we ate delighted to see so many activities carried on like going to the shop in the nearby shops or preparing gifts for Mother’s Day. We also like the personalised festivities from other cultures.

Very friendly and welcoming nursery. My daughter has been attending for 2 years now and I have never had any concerns. They listen to parents. My daughter enjoys lots of different activities and loves her keyworker.
