My son has additional needs, which are all catered to. The team are highly attentive, obviously as a parent at first I had truly bad anxiety leaving him as this was the first time I have left him in the care of anyone other than myself or family. The childcare centre has truly taken my son under their wings. I could not be more impressed with the development and social skills he has gained in such a short period of time. And they are fed truly healthy meals. I have found Minibugs to be a remarkable childcare centre.

He started childcare centre from baby room and now he is 3 years old and speaking alot. He is highly confident now. All the team is highly welcoming and pay close attention on kids. I must mention they are highly great in toilet training as well. Soon my little daughter starting in baby room as well. Outstanding childcare centre, my son enjoys attending childcare centre and has made some great developments in his discovering.

She has additional needs and I have been amazed at how this childcare centre has taken its time to help her and get the help she needs.
I have now enrolled my little boy in this childcare centre and I have full self‑assurance he will strive the same as my daughter. Definitely suggest this childcare centre to everyone! My daughter has been attending this childcare centre since 2021 and I must say she has settled there highly well.

All the team are lovely, management is perfect there isn’t anything that they won’t do.
My daughter came from a different childcare centre that she hated she settled in amazingly here at Minibugs she loves all the team, consistently cheerful to go I’m more than comfortable leaving her and know she is well looked after and cheerful. The playroom is lovely, the outside garden is too I don’t think there is actually anything that I’m unhappy with. The meals are all freshly prepared on-site. She is consistently spotless after her session. I’d definitely suggest Minibugs. Absolutely exceptional childcare centre so supportive and spotless.

I’m over the moon with the practice I receive, there are a lot of events parents can attend, to keep parents informed and involved in the current goings on of the childcare centre such as enjoyable days, parents evenings, meet the key worker nights, Mother’s Day tea etc. This means I get regular access to his key worker and talk about any concerns I have, and how they address them. Thank you Minibugs. My son is now 3 and attending the 3-5 side of the childcare centre.

Our daughter has progressed so well at the childcare centre. She enjoys her time in childcare centre and looks forward to going to childcare centre. The team are outstanding and listen to worries and are supportive. I would highly suggest. Outstanding childcare centre setting.

My son started his childcare centre when he was 17 months. The team are exceptionally supportive and outstanding. The facilities and updates is excellent. Minibugs is a excellent place for kids and I would suggest to anyone. The team are highly expert and provide outstanding service, My son attends Minibugs and is highly cheerful.

Timing sessions are structured towards the setting that paying parents cannot afford. Could not offer a flexible approach due to lack of team and no compromise.
Security concerns in a morning, where team are not present downstairs and babies have to be carried upstairs to be mixed with the older kids. One access door outside allows anyone to walk in as a parent leaves.
App detailing the kid’s day has had full records missing. Late accessing the door on the collection and dropping off times, where the collection time being logged from when the kid is passed over and not when the buzzer is pressed.
Too much of the food is meat substitute based.
Finally after being left from the childcare centre a month ago, fully paid up and notice given. I’ve been sent another invoice for February! This has caused a lot of stress and shouldn’t have been allowed to happen! Concerns over data protection.
Better nurseries locally. Give this one a miss! Does not offer flexibility for the working family.

My kid has settled in well since starting at Minibugs in September.
She has gained self‑assurance and is aided in her development.
All team members have been highly supportive, compassionate and approachable at all times and I consistently sense comfortable speaking to them.

I cannot thank all the team for all they have done and are continuing to do. They have been incredible, my kid started when she was 11 months old and she has created such an incredible bond with the team! No matter what is going on they are ready to welcome you with a smile. I am so thankful I have sent my kid here and I will also be sending my second when I return to work. They all go above and beyond to communicate with parents so we don’t miss anything.
Thank you all for your hard work! It’s highly much appreciated. The childcare centre has been so supportive over the last couple of months with the birth of my newborn and my eldest kid’s change in behaviour.
