September 6, 2024 at 5:26 amThey are really flexible for working parents and make sure my son has a exceptional day every time he attends. I’m really cheerful I chose Henry’s! It’s a fantastic group of team who work so hard to make sure my son is cheerful and supported.

September 20, 2024 at 9:47 amI find the team welcoming, compassionate and very great with my son. The nature garden they have is very popular with the little ones. They have a great online log for messages, reports and photos of what your little one has done during the day. The childcare centre feels secure, and because it is within a gated school, it adds that extra security. Our 18-month-old son started a few months ago.

October 2, 2024 at 11:39 pmReally allowed them to grow and become more confident in various ways. It was consistently a pleasure to come home and be told about the enjoyable activities they got up to, along with what they had eaten that day and who they played with. Any issues promptly dealt with not that we came across many if at all any. Open to answering any question we have at any point. Very personable and although team members have changed over the past few months, there has not been a noticeable change in standards. All of the team are welcoming and attentive towards both our kids.

October 7, 2024 at 11:22 pmConsistently thought my daughter was in secure hands and never had any worries or concerns. Hopefully, my son can start at Henry’s in the near future! My daughter absolutely loved coming here, all the team are welcoming and do a excellent job!

October 31, 2024 at 10:01 amThe team are incredibly compassionate, attentive and approachable and know her really well. She has participated in so many different activities (messy/art activities being the favourite!), walks and outdoor playtime, and has consistently had a smile at pick up, chattering about her childcare centre friends. Having had our older kids at a bigger, busier local childcare centre, we have really loved the inviting family sense that Kings Burrow has and would suggest it without hesitation. Our daughter has been so cheerful at Kings Burrow.

November 10, 2024 at 12:36 pmGreat facilities. Helped with discovering development for our kid. Not sure about food options, but our kid can be fussy. Flexible drop-offs were great. Needs to keep great management to maintain great standards. Welcoming team.

November 16, 2024 at 7:26 pmHe has thrived in their welcoming setting. Team are welcoming, compassionate and expert and dealt especially well with the recent challenges this past 18 months. We were recommended Henry’s by a number of other parents and wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to others. Henry’s has been a perfect start for our son initially starting in Little Bears and now moving to Big Bears.

November 28, 2024 at 8:25 amWe couldn’t be happier with the childcare centre.
The team are supportive, efficient and so compassionate and attentive with all the kids. I initially felt worried about leaving my daughter at childcare centre all day when I went back to work, but I can honestly say as soon as she started and I saw how well she was looked after at Henry’s, I wasn’t concerned at all.
Henry’s has some nice facilities with a lovely nature garden and outdoor space for each of the classes. They also are able to use the school playing field when it is not being used by the school- my daughter still talks about running around the huge field as one of her favourite things she did at childcare centre.
We sense really lucky to have found such a lovely childcare centre for our kids and can’t suggest it highly enough. My son is currently at Henry’s and my daughter left a year ago.

November 30, 2024 at 5:04 pmThe outside spaces are exceptional, and they are out playing in them all the time. Both my daughters go here, and neither of them has once cried on drop off, which is something unheard of and a testament of how much they adore their time here. The team show endless dedication, care and assistance for my daughters’ wellbeing and development and create a lovely, enjoyable and inviting setting for the kids. There have been some niggles over the pandemic, which is no surprise, but the key workers have done an incredible job keeping everyone cheerful. A lovely childcare centre, with extremely welcoming and attentive team.

December 8, 2024 at 2:03 amThe childcare centre does not offer full-time care, selected hours only. Team changes frequently and you may be handed over your kid by an unknown person. Childcare centre management incapable of providing a structured and organised setting. Billing often erroneous. Charges apply for inset days and during the lockdown.
If you look for a great childcare centre, you will find a great alternative locally. Childcare centre spaces are very small and outside activities are not offered daily.

December 27, 2024 at 8:19 amThe team have been remarkable, my son’s development has vastly improved. His speech is coming on leaps and bounds and he is starting to become more receptive to trying new foods.
The facilities are excellent, so much to do and explore. My husband and I sense that the childcare centre is the perfect setting for young kids and if we were ever to choose a childcare centre again it would be Henry’s. My son has been attending Henry’s for almost a year.

January 4, 2025 at 10:03 pmI was impressed with what I saw and felt a excellent leave of comfort knowing that all the kids were receiving a great quality of care and comfort. I was cheerful with the structure of discovering/playtime, as well as the layout and set-up of the childcare centre itself. I’d also like to add, as a single father that doesn’t get to see his son every day, the app provided, which includes daily reports and photos, is an absolute godsend. It helps me sense in the loop with his development and is extensive enough in its explanation of this. I can also see that same quality of care shining through the reports and explanations through the app. Overall, very cheerful. I have attended the childcare centre by invitation to interact with my son during childcare centre activities and get a sense of the structure and care given.

January 16, 2025 at 10:00 amThe whole place is just run down and tired and that could be said for the remaining team too. My kid was there for about 18 months and I saw a steady decline over this period, so much so we decided to move schools. It’s the best thing we ever did. Parents are scared to speak out unless they lose their place as there are few options locally. Team turnover is high.

February 3, 2025 at 3:19 pmAlthough the outdoor space may be smaller than other local nurseries the childcare centre have been clever in providing different discovering spaces in each such as its nature garden. Kids are also able to access the school’s main sports field at certain times of the day and weather permitting. The team are exceptional in letting you know what discovering activities they are completing with kids and regularly update me on what my daughter has focused upon with her group and how I can assistance her further at home. They also provide supportive resources in their reception such as reading books. The team are fantastic and treat my daughter with loving care and respect. They know her as an individual and provide her with bespoke discovering opportunities having a second language. The management are really supportive and consistently looking to improve the childcare centre. I would highly rate Kings Burrow childcare centre to any potential parents looking for a childcare centre which has a positive, attentive ethos.

February 18, 2025 at 4:54 amThe team have been absolutely incredible. They provide age-appropriate activities while also giving kids the space and time to explore and learn for themselves. They provide regular updates and photos on what my daughter has been doing which is important to me and lovely to see in the day when I’m at work. The care and assistance that the team show to the kids is so natural and my daughter has the biggest smile when I drop her off every morning. The meals and snacks provided are healthy and varied and the team have been outstanding at adapting the menu to suit my daughter’s needs. I have been so pleased with Henry’s and I will be sad when my daughter leaves in a few weeks time. My daughter has been at Henry’s for the past 3 years.

March 9, 2025 at 5:11 amThe team are consistently welcoming and care so much for the kids. I was so worried about my lockdown baby starting childcare centre in such difficult times but right from day one she bonded with the team in mini bears and really loves her time there. There have been a few staffing issues this year but it’s unprecedented times for everyone so I can’t hold that against them. The main thing is that they’ve consistently had the welfare of the kids as their main priority and my two have not really noticed all the changes happening around them. I would not hesitate to suggest the childcare centre, we adore it! I have a son and daughter at Henry’s and they both absolutely adore it.

March 20, 2025 at 7:55 pmHe has received such adore from the team there who we will really miss. The activities they make up for the kids are remarkable, the grounds are incredible, with a nature wood, playground and huge big field. He is now ready for school with the childcare centre putting in a excellent effort with his writing, numbers, drawing and maths. His key workers have been remarkable throughout. He has sailed in every day with a smile and consistently comes home cheerful. As a parent having a kid who genuinely enjoys his time at childcare is what you really wish for and in our case, this has happened for him at Henry’s. Thank you to everyone at Henry’s – would highly suggest it. My son is coming to the end of an incredible four years at Henry’s which he has hugely enjoyed and where he has thrived.

April 10, 2025 at 10:48 pmHenry’s have been excellent at reassuring me that she is ok as well as settling her in and attentive for her. All of the team are welcoming and expert. They keep me updated throughout the day through their app. I could not suggest them more. Due to lockdown, my 11-month-old has not had much time away from me.

April 29, 2025 at 9:02 amHe made some lifelong friends there, learnt lots, developed and had lots of enjoyable. The key workers are all incredible and really care for all the kids. The management consistently answered queries and do what they can to adjust attendance patterns. I found the childcare centre really flexible and a excellent place for my son to attend. The outside space is remarkable and was a real key selling point for us as our son loves being outside, burning off lots of energy and exploring. Our son loved his 3 years at Henry’s Kindergarten.

June 18, 2025 at 4:01 amEnglish is not our first language, and we felt his language skills were supported and largely enhanced during this year. We were also struggling with potty training at the time, and I must say the assistance we were given was incredible. They were patient, encouraging and also shared useful tips with us. Our son felt at home there. All childcare centre workers are welcoming and welcoming, and we loved the large outside space. Allocated parking spaces are very convenient. Our son spent one year at Kings Burrow between September 2021-22 as a pr-schooler.
