October 22, 2024 at 5:28 amIt was nice to see some familiar faces when we moved her back and the update to the rooms and gardens is lovely. The team are consistently very welcoming and give updates daily on activities. My daughter has been with the franchise through COVID and moved back to this setting in June as it was temporarily closed.

October 26, 2024 at 9:47 pmHe absolutely loves his day that he goes to childcare centre. The team are incredible – very welcoming, welcoming and attentive. The facilities are exceptional with a lovely outdoor area for the kids to explore. The menu on offer is varied, healthy and balanced. My son absolutely loves the food at childcare centre with his handover sheet usually stating he has eaten everything. The app is also a excellent feature – allowing you to see what the kids are getting up to at childcare centre. Overall, extremely impressed with everything at Kiddi Caru Solent Whiteley Childcare centre, in particular, my sons lovely childcare centre workers in the baby room. Thank you for everything and for consistently providing my boy with an exciting, enjoyable packed day! My son started at Kiddi Caru Solent Business Park Whiteley in September 2022.

November 13, 2024 at 4:38 amWe also have access to see photos of him taking part in activities. He eats all the food provided, therefore he must be enjoying it. I like the fact that the childcare centre isn’t too big. We have been very cheerful with the childcare centre, they take outstanding care of our son and keep us informed of what had happened during his day.

I would like to thank every one of you for helping my kid to reach this stage and for your continuous assistance in helping him get better day by day. My kid has shown so much improvement by interacting with others at this childcare centre.

December 22, 2024 at 10:07 amShe has just turned 3 and is slightly behind on her speech and development but the team and been so supportive and supportive of her needs. Over the recent months since moving to the pre-school room, her speech has massively improved and we are pleased with how she is developing. Mum normally does the drop and collection but when I can collect the team do a excellent job explaining how the day has gone, what she’s enjoyed and eaten etc which is very reassuring. In recent months this has been team who are excellent. My daughter never has any issues with drop-off or collection. Would highly suggest. Thanks, team for everything you do to assistance. My daughter has been going here for over a year and she absolutely loves it.

January 21, 2025 at 5:48 pmWe now must provide our own nappies and my kid often comes home wearing clothes that are stained in food, even though spare clothes are provided. The app is barely updated and with there now being less kids in the toddler room at a particular time, I’m not sure why more effort isn’t put into logging observations. The toddler room itself looks bare and there isn’t much evidence of the compassionate of activities that are available to my kid. The staffing issue has caused my household anxiety and receiving emails asking if my kid can be kept home are not supportive when there’s a reason why they have to be in the childcare centre in the first place (both parents work full time). There has been a lot of illness and team absences, so the availability of care has not been reliable. Overall, we sense like we’re paying a lot of money but are not seeing where it’s going as nothing has improved. The service has become more expensive but it has not improved but is less satisfactory.

Her keyworker and the others were also very supportive during her potty training when she joined. We moved our daughter from a different childcare centre last November and have been really pleased since doing so.

February 7, 2025 at 12:50 amIt has been a excellent journey to see that the team was so welcoming and welcoming, as our little one was going through his settle-in sessions. Thanks to the team and their efforts he is gradually stepping into the end of his adaptation period. He shares that he has friends now and having a enjoyable time (for less than a month). We are very thankful to the whole childcare centre crew! Our little one started his journey in the childcare centre in September, when we moved in the Whiteley area.

March 1, 2025 at 2:24 amOur 3-year-old daughter has been going there since Autumn 2021 and we’ve recently signed our son up to join early next year when he turns 1.
We were never in doubt that this setting is incredible (our daughter loves it!), but to have the opportunity to spend quality time there today, to see our daughter interacting with the activities and to chat with the fantastic team was just exceptional. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond to host such a excellent event (on a Saturday no less!), and thank you for creating such a enjoyable, attentive setting for the kids to learn, playtime and thrive in. Today we attended the family enjoyable day hosted by Solent Whiteley Childcare centre.

March 8, 2025 at 9:57 pmOur 2 year old then had 8 weeks of settling in sessions before joing at the start of September. The settling in sessions were excellent for us to sense confident it was the right setting for us, but our son really didn’t need them as he instantly loved the childcare centre and settled in effortlessly. The team are so supportive and nurturing and you really sense like your leaving your kid in great hands. My son loves the outdoors and the childcare centre has a lovely outdoor area which they have developed and continue to add enjoyable and interactive features to, so he absolutely adores it, as well as enjoying all the activities they have to offer. He consistently looks forward to going to “nurserys house”. I’m consistently informed how his mornings have been and what he’s been enjoying and adore getting updates via the app. We’re so cheerful he’s thriving here and 100% suggest this childcare centre. We loved the childcare centre from the first time we were shown around and were made to sense very comfortable with all our questions answered.

March 11, 2025 at 1:35 pmThe team at Kiddi Cary Dat Childcare centre Solent Business Park Whitley were incredible putting me and my husband at ease, showing us the childcare centre and allowing her to explore. She has had some incredible childcare centre educators who have supported her to settle in and are unbelievably attentive. Recently my concerns of preparing her for school were answered confidently and with some incredible structure that still has an element of enjoyable and them being kids but also incorporating discovering through this. Never being made to sense like an overbearing mother no matter what you ask. The app is a excellent function to see what’s happening in the childcare centre. This is honestly a childcare centre that cares. After Covid, it was very difficult to place my daughter into a childcare setting.

The team work so incredibly hard and constantly go above and beyond. They care about your kids as if they were their own.
A lot of work has been put into the room our daughter is in recently and the changes have gone a long way to her having the best days at childcare centre. We are so pleased with this setting.

March 24, 2025 at 5:35 pmHe’s still getting to know the setting and other kids but seems really cheerful after a long day at the childcare centre thanks to the Solent Team. Our son’s settling-in sessions started in mid-September and since the whole childcare centre team has been very accommodating, understanding, and supportive of us.

The place is consistently spotless, the food is yummy and our son is having a excellent time. It was the best decision to bring him here and we want to thank each one of the lovely ladies for all the efforts they are making. We adore this place.

She had come on in leaps and bounds since being here and has learnt so much already. My daughter started here in September when I started work.

July 1, 2025 at 9:56 pmWe’ve seen real improvements in the baby room during this time, a lovely home-like atmosphere has been created. The outdoor space has also been improved and our daughter loves outdoor playtime in this setting. We have found the management team to be extremely responsive and supportive. The team have been really supportive in supporting our daughter’s allergies and adjusting menus accordingly, it’s been very reassuring the care and attention she receives at childcare centre and she just loves spending time there. Our daughter started at Solent Business Park childcare centre in March 2022, she settled in very quickly aided by the lovely team.
