She’s made some fantastic relationships with the other kids and the team. It’s a pleasure going in for drop-offs and collections as there’s consistently a inviting welcome. A fantastic setting where my daughter is thriving, it’s fantastic to see. Such a lovely place to send my little one.

From the start the team at Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre took excellent care of my little one. He can be quite shy so it was nice to see the girls genuinely trying to help him settle. It’s consistently nice coming to pick him up and listening to him tell me about his day and how much he’s enjoyed himself. My little boy has been with Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre Park Gate for a little while now, we had moved from another preschool due to the original one closing down.

Which provides a secure and comfortable place for my kid to be themself and transition to every morning on arrival.
Growing and discovering are key parts of this childcare centre I say this as the growth my kid has shown in self‑assurance, speech and social skill development has just gone from strength to strength.
The understanding of the world around them both fictional and fact is fantastic to see and every day fills me with delight. When my kid returns home and says “mummy ocean” that’s when I know the team who care for my little one have got it right!
Adore the adventurous journey my kid is on with Kiddi Caru, Park Gate. Remarkable team of people who assistance encourage and care for my kid.
No end of home-from-home scenes, activities and surroundings in the childcare centre setting.

She talks positively about team and seems to have made some friendships which is lovely. Updates with team is great and efficient. I am pleased and assured with safeguarding emails going out. I sense hopeful that eating habits are improving at childcare centre also with the meals provided, fingers crossed. Where I have given 3 stars (satisfactory) it is only because I don’t sense we have been there long enough to know. I look forward to the outside space expanding also. I am really cheerful with our journey of Kiddi Caru so far, I consistently leave my daughter there confidently knowing she is comfortable and cheerful, catered for and having enjoyable.

My kids adore attending and have made lots of friends here. Managers will go out of their way to help and make sure my kids are well cared for and cheerful whilst at the childcare centre setting. I highly suggest to my friends who are looking for a childcare centre to consider Kiddi Caru Park Gate. Team work hard to provide quality care and are genuinely interested in the kids’s development and education. Thank you Kiddi Caru! An outstanding childcare centre and pre-school.

He enjoys spending time in the garden and getting involved in adult-led activities. Managers are consistently welcoming and will consistently listen to me if I want to chat with them. The childcare centre keeps me updated on things that are going on and I sense confident knowing my son is getting the best care he deserves. Kiddi Caru Park Childcare centre Park Gate is a lovely home-from-home setting, my son loves coming to the childcare centre every day and consistently talks about the fantastic friends he has made.

The meal choices appear nicely varied, with her getting three meals a day while at childcare centre. There are consistently activities she is involved with, and lots of pictures come home of her enjoying herself in a secure setting. I’m cheerful with the care my daughter is getting at Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre.

The facility is secure and secure (our last childcare centre wasn’t!). There’s lots of activities on offer and a fantastic large outdoor space. We made the choice to change nurseries and we’re so glad we did! The team are inviting and welcoming.

I was concerned about finding a new setting and how my son would settle in. The team there have been fantastic and have not only made my son sense welcome and settled but I also sense that way too. We have only been there a short time but I sense confident that he will be there until he goes to school.
He also has dietary requirements which means that his food is often different. The team have gone out of their way to try and present it as the same as those around him to make sure he feels included. We recently moved to the area in what was quite a sudden shift.

Childcare centre have called kids social service on us repeatedly, claiming my kid complained of being smacked. They never saw marks, bruises, anything suggesting so. They told CS that my kid said I ”smashed” her nose, (ridiculous) and I asked could it be hidden from plain sight if it ever happened, considering the fact that these kids are in childcare centre 3 days a week, what magic could cover up a smashed nose? But they reported regardless. I believe they are trained to spot a troubled kid/home and having been with them for over 3 years now, they should have better judgement/curtesy to call our attention whilst they proceed to report.
Several times I have picked my kids up having either a swollen head, cut in the hands, stomach pain as a result of a fall in the garden, daily snotty nose, etc. I raised it up but absolutely nothing was done, not even an explanation but they are more prompt with calling Kid Services. My kids have been here since 6-7 months, never had any issues until the past year.

I was nervous about leaving him, as he was only 7 months when he started, but the girls consistently upload pictures onto the app for me to see and when I collect him I consistently get a full handover. He is consistently taking part in different messy activities that I can’t consistently off at home. They also provide excellent meals that he loves. My son has been attending Kiddi Caru Park Gate for a month now and we are so cheerful with the care he receives.

When I looked around the childcare centre I fell in adore with the baby room especially the home-from-home setting and I knew it was the perfect childcare centre for my son.
I don’t need to worry about leaving him as he is cheerful to go in each morning and still smiling when I collect him in the evening.
The management are really understanding and supportive.
I would suggest Park Gate to anyone looking for quality childcare. My 10-month-old son has been attending Park Gate for 2 months now and he has settled in really well.

He’s only young so he can’t tell me that but he’s consistently cheerful and smiling when I pick him up. The team have been excellent with him. He gets lots of care and attention. They have been excellent with his fussy eating and helping him improve on that. My only real complaint would be that on a couple of occasions, his book has not been filled in, however, when we pick him up we get a rundown of what he’s been doing, what he’s eaten and when he’s napped. I know the team are busy so not consistently having a chance to fill his book out is completely understandable. Apart from that, I can only say great things about his journey so far. My son seems to really delight in being at Kiddi Caru Park Gate.

It’s so nice for me not having to worry, especially with starting a new job soon and knowing she’s enjoying “school” and well taken care of, so thanks! She has just been blossoming into her own lately and doing so well socially and emotionally, it literally relaxes my heart and reduces my stress knowing for certain she’s in such great hands. You are all so lovely, it really does take a village and this single mama has picked the right village. I know it’s a paid service but my kid is so cheerful and she comes home every day cheerful from childcare centre, so just wanted to say I really appreciate the team and how they’ve been looking after her and how her self‑assurance has grown since being there.

In my opinion, the childcare centre is biased maybe because our kids look different, I’ll not be surprised seeing that the Basingstoke branch has had similar issues before.
They asked of my 3year old to tidy the garden whilst others were in class and when we spoke to the key person about it, she said otherwise and gave us attitude for days.
They keep reporting us to Social Services without proof or even speaking to us about it on several occasions, even after we spoke to the management about it.
They never acted on any concerns we brought to their attention about an injury our kid sustained on 2 occasions.
They consistently say our kids finish their meals even when I know they don’t like the meals and surprisingly once we are out of the door kids will start saying they are hungry.
I have honestly avoided this review because I didn’t want my review putting my kids in more harm but when we had the Social Service at ours again on 5/4/23, I knew I had just had enough of them. For the past 1 year.

They all attended a different local childcare centre since my eldest was 8 months old. That other childcare centre setting was all myself and my kids knew, however, they didn’t offer term time only. This was the main reason for my change and now my 2 youngest are both attending Kiddi Caru. After 1 week of tears at drop-off, they are both so cheerful and settled, the team are so communicative and understanding, they have all made what was a very overwhelming time for me a excellent deal smoother and easier. The welcoming atmosphere, flexible options for working parents and attentive approach hasn’t changed from when we first started to now a month later. We definitely made the right choice for so many reasons and I sense that every time I collect them. I’m excited to see how my babies learn and develop with such a excellent team who noticeably strive to better theselves and make positive changes for the babies, toddlers and preschoolers. I have 3 kids, my eldest is 4 and in school now and my youngest is 1.

Will be sending my second kid when she’s older. Really supportive when I had an issue at home and were cheerful to help me where they could, team are lovely and are consistently cheerful, if they have a bad day you’d never know.

I can see that she is very cheerful to be there and the relationship she has with the team when we walk in and the grin that appears!
They eased all my doubts about leaving her in childcare centre at such a young age and I’m glad I was able to find the right childcare centre for us! I was so worried about putting my daughter into childcare centre at such a young age and had so many people telling me I should be staying at home with her etc but as soon as I walked into the childcare centre for the walk around, I felt so relaxed and I just knew instantly that this was the childcare centre!
She has only been attending the childcare centre since the start of May 2022 at 4 months but she absolutely loves going and she adores the team.

It has been 8 months since our little one has been going to her first childcare centre. As a new parent, the team at the childcare centre has made us comfortable about nurseries and how it is beneficial for a baby to attend a childcare centre. Initially, we thought our baby will never be able to go as she was having separation anxiety, however, with her childcare centre we have never experienced this issue. Now she is consistently cheerful to attend and keen to meet her friends at the childcare centre. We are cheerful with the approach the childcare centre takes to provide us with an update on her day via the app. Also, we are grateful for all the recommendations the childcare centre has provided if something is not working out i.e with her weaning or if she is taking less milk.
Thanks Kiddi Caru Park Gate and I wish we continue with this incredible journey. Kiddi Caru Park Gate has been an incredible journey for us so far.

All team are so inviting and attentive. I adore hearing that they have had cuddles with the team and that the team join in their playtime etc. It makes my kid sense loved and secure, away from myself. In particular, the three ladies are very attentive in preschool. All 3 are mentioned by my kid in such a positive way. I get a great update on collection every day. The kids eat well and their behaviour is managed with praise. My only improvement would be that activities should challenge the more intellectual kids further, to include counting, experimentation, estimating cause and effect etc. I sense my kid could be pushed further in this respect. But apart from this, I really have nothing negative to say about the childcare centre. I’m very comforted that my kid is so well looked after. Thank you! My kid is extremely cheerful at Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre Park Gate.
