Level 3 Qualification in Early Years, full induction and in house training provided. The company offer staff benefits and commitment to progress staff within our settings.
Key Responsibilities - To have a strong knowledge of the Birth to 5 Matters. Strong understanding of Safeguarding of Children. To take responsibility of the education and development of children, carrying out observations, completing planning in accordance with children's individual interests and monitoring children's progress.
To be able to liaise professionally with Parents, colleagues, and other professionals. To work as a part of a team effectively, contribute ideas to enhance the children's learning environment ensuring inclusive practice. Ensure that children's transitions run smooth, taking into all accounts the children's development and emotional wellbeing.
Attend all team meetings and be open to personal development. To be available to perform any ad hoc duties as required. To adhere to and implement the Nursery Policies and Procedures.
Training available level 2 to level 5, Forest School
Leadership and Management training available.
Monday to Friday - 42.5 hrs per week
