Her key workers have consistently strived to help her to the best of her ability. They have consistently supported us throughout in terms of our wishes and helping through the EHCP process. I would definitely suggest Dockside as a childcare centre! My daughter is under the SEN category and I couldn’t praise them enough for all the hard work they have put in with my daughter.

One of the reasons I chose Dockside Day Childcare centre and Pre-school is for the reassurance and tailored settling plan they offered. Covid has left my son quite clingy and I was worried about how he would cope.
The team soon settled him in and I felt confident in him having outstanding care straight away.
The team consistently take as much time as needed to hand over and genuinely seem to show adore and affection for the kids.
The setting is smoothly run by the manager, keeping parents in the loop consistently in an honest and fair fashion.
The activities are consistently varied and encourage tailored discovering to individual interests.
I have never had any seeds of doubt or concerns about any aspect of my son’s care and have been recommending the childcare centre far and wide.
You won’t regret trusting the compassionate, compassionate and attentive team to care for your little one. My son started childcare centre in January 2021.

I have seen huge strides in both my son and daughter, becoming more confident in themselves as well as progressing academically and emotionally. The team members consistently provide thorough updates at the end of the day with my kids consistently leaving cheerful. The office team are also incredible and consistently cheerful to help or provide advice where needed. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre more and believe they can help any kid settle happily as well as excel in their growth. My twins have been attending Dockside childcare centre since September 2022, after a very nervous start due to our kids being particularly anxious with separation, the team at Dockside have really gone above and beyond to make sure they are cheerful to go to childcare centre.

She could not speak much due to lack of exposure to other kids during Covid.
We had reservations about starting her full-time immediately but the childcare centre was very supportive and quickly put in place a plan and referrals. Within three months, life had changed. I cannot praise the team enough. Before we knew it she had developed into a confident young girl. She couldn’t stop talking to share all her discovering. They potty trained her fully within two months of her starting, which is something we could not have done alone. In fact, they did it all. We cannot stop but sing praise alone. She loves going to childcare centre every day of the week and even wants to go to childcare centre during the weekend. They have been consistent with all areas of discovering. The team are welcoming and expert. Our daughter loves them so much. She has learnt to eat a variety of foods. Dockside Childcare centre has been a excellent foundation for our daughter’s future. 100% recommended Our daughter started childcare centre at two and a half years.

All the team are so welcoming and supportive and clearly have a excellent relationship with all the kids. My daughter consistently has great things to say about her day and all the different activities she gets to join in with. I’m regularly updated with her development and plans for the upcoming weeks/months, based on the interests the kids have expressed. It’s lovely to hear how cheerful my daughter is when she’s talking about her friends and educators from childcare centre and it’s really reassuring knowing she’s having a excellent time when she’s there. I’m extremely cheerful with the childcare centre and have recommended it to a lot of friends.

The team are incredible and genuinely adore and care for the kids. I cannot suggest them highly enough. My daughter is thriving and loves going to childcare centre. My daughter has been attending the childcare centre for 17 months now and she loves it.

The team are exceptional, hardworking, approachable and welcoming. The team are excellent in addressing any concerns – my son struggled with anxiety and the team consistently took on board anything I asked them to do.
In preschool and rising fives, the team have created a nurturing setting and my son has certainly developed! Thank you, we really appreciate all of your hard-work. We have had the most incredible journey for the past year.

My kid goes in smiling and comes out cheerful every time he is there. Cannot rate this childcare centre enough! Previously come from another childcare centre and definitely made the right choice! Incredible team members who are consistently there to help no matter what!

I have had huge comfort from all with having my little one there. For me, a excellent thing they do is not constantly update you on what your little one is doing throughout the day. I know some parents would like to know this, but I find it positive knowing that key persons aren’t spending most of their time on apps/taking photos to update you and actually spending quality time with your kid. I have noticed a huge self‑assurance in my little one since starting, she loves going in the garden, mark making, dancing etc. If I’ve ever had a concern, all team go above and beyond to help us as a family. I wouldn’t want my little one to be anywhere else and their outstanding Ofsted rating certainly is reflected in their work. Thank you, Dockside. My kid has been going to Dockside since August 2021.

If I could give 1000 stars for the team and management I would. The team are very efficient and all round excellent. They do a lot to make the kids sense comfortable and settled, keep parents informed and build the kids’s knowledge. My kid loved it there so much that on the first day of settles they wanted to stay and refused to come back to me! I also adore how diverse they are. As a first-time mum they made the process of selecting childcare and returning to work seamless. They are so patient and worked with me to agree the best possible outcome. I have seen significant growth in my kid’s development and independence. As an added bonus their location is pretty accessible and parking isn’t a hassle. I would 10/10 suggest this childcare centre. Dockside Childcare centre is a remarkable childcare centre.
