Dee's Day Nursery (Wimbledon) Ltd

I have had both my children attend Dee’s over the last five years and they have both flourished there. The staff are so friendly and caring and I feel at ease leaving my children there. I would highly recommend Dee’s as a nursery.

My son has been with Dee’s Day since one-year-old and he is now four and a half years old. When I moved to the area, I went to see nurseries around and Dee’s Day had the most reasonable fee with decent facilities, friendly staff and good reviews. My son is always happy and healthy. He is a timid boy and started talking very late. There was some concern about his speech and language when he moved to the preschool room but the new manager has been excellent and made such a difference in his confidence. She is very calm, patient and caring. She also listens to our feedback and makes changes which I highly appreciate. The menu is diverse and the kids love the chef. There are also weekly newsletters with pictures of the kids’ activities during the week, what they learn and the popular dish. There is also a progress update every 6 months with great details about all areas of development. I can tell my son is in great care and he is making progress every day.

My son went to Dee’s from 10 months old – 3 years old. He was very happy at the nursery and made great relationships with the staff and other children. I would recommend this nursery, my son learned and developed a lot of skills which was a real help as a first-time parent. Thanks Dee’s.

My son absolutely loves Dee’s Day Nursery (Wimbledon) Ltd. I had initially chosen a larger nursery nearby (part of a bigger chain) but after three months, I realised it was a huge mistake. He wasn’t settled there, we had little feedback and the staff were mostly from agencies – I knew there had to be something better for him. As soon as I had a tour with the manager, I quickly realised this was the nursery for my son. Dee’s has a lovely warmth to it, the staff are so personable and know every child there. The settling-in period was organised (unlike our last nursery) and I couldn’t believe how quickly my son settled in. He loves the baby room and the room leader is so wonderful and caring. We get such informative feedback at pickup and they fill in a book every day of what he’s been up to with nap times/food and snack details and nappy changes. They organise fun activities (a recent animal learning experience visit was a highlight) and send photos on the app. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Dee’s.

We have had such a positive experience since starting at Dee’s Day Nursery (Wimbledon) earlier this year. Our 1-year-old reaches out for the staff at drop off and seems genuinely excited to go in! This is a wonderful change from a previous nursery he attended where the whole process right from the settling in period seemed chaotic. The baby room is clean and has a range of lovely toys to keep the children occupied. The staff are incredibly friendly and have a real affection for the children which is so reassuring to see. We are kept up to date daily with a short summary of his activities, as well as sleeping and eating times etc. All really useful to know. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Dee’s and are very grateful to the staff for the care they show our son!

Dee’s Day Nursery was a very family-orientated nursery and a fantastic experience for us as first-time parents. The team in the baby room were experienced and friendly and took great care of the well-being of our daughter. She was stimulated with a variety of activities and always took delight in going to the nursery. The staff were also great communicators.

Care and loving staff, just what we want for our twins. The nursery has a very positive environment, always doing activities and fun stuff to do. Our twins started when they were 16 months, they were so little and struggled to settle but the carers didn’t give up and were so lovely and patent with them, a few weeks after they were obsessed with nursery and having so much fun!
Comparing to our oldest child, who went to 4 (very good) nurseries, the twins are learning so much at only 2 years old! We’re so happy about their education and positive stimulation. We can say this has been the best nursery.

Dee’s Day Nursery is a very special place, their attention to the children is second to none, they truly take care of all the kids equally. They are fast to update on any changes or issues that may arise while looking after the children. I give them a 10/10. Well done to them.

The nursery has been a lovely place for my son. He has been nurtured and cared for so well. They tend to the child’s needs rather than following a rigid timetable. My son and daughter always come home happy and excited to go in the next day. The activities they do are compliant with early years foundation and both my children were well prepared for school. We will miss the nursery and the teachers and the exciting days trips they went on.
