November 9, 2024 at 4:18 amOur son started in the baby class just before nine months and has flourished physically, emotionally, socially and mentally over the last six months.
Primary ‘Graduation day’ parties, kids’s Christmas carols, best pumpkin competition, giant snail and fish pets, little vegetable garden.
It’s ‘off the beaten path’, at least until Custom House Crossrail arrives in 2021. However, upon touring the inside of the childcare centre I was delighted by the sense of authenticity and expertise and struck by the inviting and attentive atmosphere. We adore the no-nonsense culture imbued by senior management (30+ years journey and passionate about childcare).
NB; So much better than the corporate brands.
Trialled two big, expensive and well-known chains. We found them to be pretentious and obsequious to parents, obsessed with constant online updates that force the team to often ignore the kids and sets a bad example for screentime. The real deal – oodles of kindness and happiness here.

March 8, 2025 at 11:39 amIt is exceptionally inflexible with regards to their policies and I sense it is run as a formal business rather than a care provider for under 5s.
Most of the team are highly negative and every afternoon when they answer the door they look fed up and give you a list of negative behaviours about your kid.
After half a term I have removed my kid from this childcare centre for a variety of reasons:
-punishing my kid with food (not allowing her to have a Birthday cake because she was struggling with dinner)
-short notice (one night before) to remind parents about nappies/wipes. And then cheerful to turn you away the next morning if you forget- surely there should be some reserves in place?
After my son being in a loving full-time childcare centre for 5 years, it was clear how different this childcare centre was and I had to remove my kid to give her the opportunity to get the same care he had. I would not suggest this childcare centre to working parents.

April 21, 2025 at 11:13 amThey run this childcare centre like a back street business, highly unprofessional. when you sign your original contract with them it states that they are open until 6 pm only to be called from work that they are only open until 5 pm or 5:30 pm. My kid recently attended this childcare centre and one day he was turned away, up until this day no one has contacted me about what happened or measures moving forward which includes my son’s belongings to be returned including deposits and any outstanding fees. I have emailed them yet no one replies or tries to reach out, which shows how unbothered they are and confident in their unprofessional behaviour and attitude towards the kids and parents at the childcare centre. My kid no longer attends this childcare centre, I would not suggest this childcare centre to anyone, they are the worst I have ever seen. The manager makes up her own rules as she goes along, which are all illegal. This childcare centre traumatised my whole family. The worst childcare centre, do not send your kid to this childcare centre!
