It was a new setting for her but she settled very quickly – the team were and are incredible and she is very, very cheerful there. She has come on so well and loves going to childcare centre to be with her friends, the childcare centre toys and to playtime outside.
The attentive is exceptional and the kids’s development is carefully tracked. The team are very highly-qualified and have been assiduous with communications during the social distancing period.
We are so grateful to the fantastic team and their extraordinary hard work. They are very committed and do an exceptional job. We can’t suggest them highly enough. My daughter joined Bright Horizons Trafford as lockdown was lifted in June 2020.

They ignored our emails on this matter for months which was very frustrating and when they finally responded to our follow-up emails they said they would not be refunding us.
The standard of this childcare centre has declined massively since we started sending our daughters here.
The childcare centre constantly ask us to bring our kid in after 9am even though we pay from 8am due to team shortages and sometimes we have to wait with our kid until the team arrive for work. This makes us late for work on an daily basis and has been going on for months. There is no offer of refunds or compensation even though we have been missing an hour of childcare centre almost every day for the last few months now.
There is also a high turnover of team which isn’t excellent for your kid and getting settled. I would not suggest this childcare centre to any parents looking for childcare.
The childcare centre refuses to give us refunds for a period they were closed during lockdown, this figure is over £600 which is an absolute joke.

They are so cheerful to attend childcare centre and I can see the incredible relationships they have with their key workers. My daughter consistently comes home talking about what she has had enjoyable doing and which team she has played with. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for 2 years and my son now attends.

He has a excellent relationship with his key person and other familiar key team. He is excited to playtime and eager to learn. The practitioners follow his interests and assistance his discovering through activities he enjoys doing. There is consistently a range of activities that he loves to do. The app is excellent, keeps us well informed of his day. My son has been attending since April 2021, he has grown in self‑assurance and character since starting childcare centre.

Our elder son also went here and loved it. Even though they’ve face challenges during the pandemic, they have done everything to ensure the best setting is being provided for the kids. The outdoor area is really great too and it’s a great mix of education and playtime. The team are all really attentive and I would have no hesitation in recommending this childcare centre. This is a excellent childcare centre with exceptional team.

The team are consistently welcoming and ready to help with any questions or queries we have. I would suggest this childcare centre to all of my friends and family. Both of my kids attend this childcare centre and are so cheerful when going in.

The team are so nice and understanding! I wouldn’t want him anywhere else! I was so anxious about leaving my little boy after us not leaving each other at all during Covid but he settled in so well and I sense at ease dropping him off.

The team listened to any concerns I had about settling him and responded to them promptly. They are consistently available to answer further questions and consistently with a smile. I was impressed that they catered for specific dietary requirements and provided halal food for my son. The menu looks very enticing and nutritious. It would be great if they could continue to give detailed feedback of activities kids have engaged in each day and how they have responded to these activities. My son quickly settled into this childcare centre after he joined from a different setting.

The team here is well trained and experienced. The best thing is that they are ready to learn and respond to your kid’s individual needs. I was highly impressed by the baby rooms team and the deputy manager responsiveness to my sons discovering/settling in journey.

Enjoyable activities planned each day – which are updated on the apps so we can replicate and discuss with our toddlers at home. Keep up the great work and to the manager, you are doing a fantastic job!! Thank you. This childcare centre is a second home to both of my kids.

The management team and team are phenomenal, most importantly the kids are well looked after as they have interesting activities to keep them busy and cheerful.
Also, a spacious and lovely outdoor playtime area for the kids to run around.
