Bright Horizons Spitalfields Day Nursery and Preschool

My kid has grown from a little baby into a confident toddler over the years, so has met with most of the competent, attentive and welcoming team.
They know each kid’s strengths and weaknesses, provide solid advice or make recommendations, they pick up on small things (that may turn into bigger issues), consistently have an open ear (even during stressful times) and they are personable and sincere.
Food and beverage is outstanding, with a dedicated chef on site who knows the kids and their requirements.
Management is well organised, supporting parents and kids alike, communicating efficiently and keeps every tiny detail on the radar.

I rate the facilities slightly lower as I have seen bigger, refurbished nurseries, with more high-end equipment and new furniture.
However, the space is charming overall and has what is needed for the kids; as long as my kid feels secure and cheerful there, I am too. I cannot suggest the Spitalfields childcare centre highly enough.

I was exceptionally impressed by the childcare centre, from my initial correspondence with the manager to the settling in period to the end of his time there. I truly felt the team genuinely cared about my son, and he flourished in the time he was there in terms of his development. I found the updates from the team outstanding, and would highly suggest the childcare centre to other parents. Unfortunately, because he joined in September when covid restrictions were in place, I was never able to physically enter the childcare centre, so I can’t comment on the facilities. My son started full time at the childcare centre at 8.5 months old and left last week as we moved out of the area.

My kid absolutely adored the team. Generally a highly positive atmosphere for discovering and most importantly secure. A excellent mix of nationalities as well. I would highly suggest the childcare centre for anyone considering a place for a baby, toddler or pre-schooler. This is a childcare centre with highly cheerful kids which is all down to the team and management.

I had concerns as we hadn’t seen the childcare centre or met the team but they went out of their way to reassure us as parents and to make our son sense welcome. Within a few days he was happily talking about “new childcare centre” and “new friends”. He is truly benefiting from interaction with other adults and kids after being in lockdown.
I fully understand why it is Ofsted Outstanding, they have handled all of the new guidelines highly well and with minimal disruption to the kids or parents.
We have moved a few times so our son has tried a couple of different nurseries and this one is highly well managed. If the location of the other childcare centre wasn’t so great for us we would have stayed at Spitalfields.
Thanks to the Spitalfields team for all your help during this difficult period! My son is temporarily at Bright Horizons Spitalfields whilst we wait for his normal childcare centre to reopen after lockdown.
The team at Spitalfields are excellent.

Updates was frequent and proactive. Highly suggest this childcare centre as team and management provide a high-quality service. Our son settled in highly quickly due to the attentive care of the team.

The safest of hands.
And while the fees are highly expensive, you are paying for excellence.

From Day 1, they cared, loved and taught him so much.
He thrived there.
We consistently felt welcome and I consistently knew he was in the best of hands.

Our son had an incredible time there, and despite spending only around a year up till school age made tremendous development on all fronts. While he barely spoke and only in our native language prior to joining, one year later he makes full complex sentences in English. Once there he made a lot of development on all areas of his development, but also had a highly great time and was eager to go there in the morning.
The team has been nothing short of excellent with him and we’re highly involved with him, but also provided us highly regular feedback and advice to address areas of development.
Overall we were highly cheerful with this childcare centre and are recommending it to every one of our friends. From the first visit, we were exceptionally impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and the lack of shouting compared to other nurseries we had seen.

I was worried my little 3-year-old girl would struggle transitioning from home to childcare centre, as she had never been to childcare centre before, but after less than a month she wakes up with a smile on her face, telling me she wants to go to childcare centre and she happily talks about her key person, other carers and childcare centre manager, often, when she is at home. The childcare centre truly managed to create a stimulating, enjoyable, attentive and loving atmosphere for my daughter. The carers are incredible and went the extra mile to suggest slight changes to her routine to help her settle better. They treated my daughter like their own and knew when to cuddle and reassure her. I was amazed at how everyone at the childcare centre knew my daughter and her initial difficulties settling in and how each one was also aware of her improvements. I felt I was in a big family and that all the carers were aware of where my daughter was on her journey. I suggest them without hesitation! My journey with this childcare centre has been absolutely incredible.

The quality of care is exceptional and the facilities are excellent. Our daughter has learnt so much throughout her time there, she still talks fondly about childcare centre and everybody that works there. My daughter has also built friendships which I hope will last despite her moving to big school! I highly suggest Bright Horizons!! Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons for 3 years and we only have great memories from her time there.

Lots of activities to keep him entertained. Their approach to menus is outstanding and they are highly thorough when it comes to safety. Highly recommended. Lovely childcare centre – the team are consistently welcoming and my son loves it.
