June 4, 2019 at 12:00 amBoth of my daughters attend the nursery and they enjoy it. The staff are warm, caring, and excelled with children. The manager is proactive, friendly and she knows each child in her nursery and their parents/carers. They have first rate facilities for playing and learning and the outside space is lovely and utilised a lot.

June 4, 2019 at 12:00 amMy 10-month baby attends the Nursery 5 days a week full time. From the very beginning I was impressed by how caring and sweet the personnel is; not only the teachers but the receptionist, chef and support staff. More importantly, I feel my son is in very good hands from a safety and stimulation perspective. The room leader and his key person show great care for him and you can tell they are paying attention throughout the day about his eating, sleep, learning, etc. The environment is relaxing while stimulating at the same time and every morning when I leave my son I leave with the peace that he will be safe and have a fun day.

June 4, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son has enjoyed attending Bright Horizons North Sheen Day Nursery and Preschool. He gets individual attention and loves all the interactive elements and activities. His favourite place in the nursery is the garden. He also loves the kitchen where he and his friends get to cook. Everything is lovely and new and fresh and the staff are very caring and welcoming.

August 20, 2019 at 12:00 amAs a first time mother, having no prior experience of nurseries, I was pleased to find that Bright Horizons North Sheen very welcoming and accommodating for parents. My child seems happy when I pick him up and I am very excited about the different toys and activity rooms it has to offer. This really enables kids to be creative and explore on their own.

August 20, 2019 at 12:00 amMy three-year-old son enjoyed going to this nursery. His speech and social skills improved. He’s a picky eater, that probably explained why he came back home really hungry at certain times. But I see now that he loves eating vegetables and explores more kinds of different foods than he used to. He’s more confident and I see a lot of progress in him.

September 20, 2019 at 12:00 amThe entire team at North Sheen Bright Horizons are all heroes! Right from the initial settling in process (a difficult moment for both child and parent) to now the everyday care of my little boy has been nothing but exemplary. The standard of care, general thoughtfulness and closeness that the carers achieve in order to make your child feel special and truly loved whilst their away from us is incredible. We were initially drawn by the amount of space, detailed level of planning and dedication to the child’s development, but in truth, the team has surpassed all our expectations. Although our son has made a special bond with his specific carer, whom we are indebted to, I would also like to thank all those behind the scenes, carefully planning the activities, cooking the fantastic meals and generally making the operation run so smoothly. Thank you for all your hard work, it is greatly appreciated.

January 13, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little one is really happy at this nursery. I have seen it grow from strength to strength.
The team are friendly and nurturing and I can see that they care about the children.
The manager is hands-on and knows all of the children’s names.
I am a very fussy parent and what I have realised is that everyone in the nursery tries their best to meet yours and your child’s needs (no matter how ridiculous us mums are sometimes!)
I have never been made to feel silly or demanding with my odd requests! And I can tell that everyone really wants the children to do well.
I really appreciated the parent consultation, where I got to sit down with the key person and really talk about my little one. I got to see the amazing activities she had been doing in her little book – and it was nice to have that time with the teacher, without both of us rushing around.
I can see the work that everyone is putting in for my little one and other children and I just want to say thank you.

January 13, 2020 at 12:00 amWe had a really bad experience at this nursery. Installations and classes look amazing, but it’s fake, the reality behind this is completely different: staff not skilled, my daughter had a fever and they didn’t realise. We realised she had scratches in the groin two times after being at the nursery and they didn’t know anything about it. After 5 months we never knew which activities our daughter was doing, there was no communication with parents, just general things about food and sleeping. The staff work long hours and the teachers are changed very often, which is quite hard for babies to have a bond. Babies are not well assisted, our daughter was always hungry when she arrived at home, we lost clothes and found clothes from other babies in our bag. When babies were crying the staff were just sitting on the floor chatting with other teachers. Although we realised these things several times, they never cared about it.

January 25, 2021 at 12:00 amWe have had a hugely positive experience at his nursery. Our son joined at 10 months, has been there for a year and the nursery staff are all so lovely. He is very happy there (often it is hard to get him to leave!) and they feel like an extension of our family. Throughout the pandemic, they have adapted quickly to the various challenges and keep us very updated. We feel our son is in great hands and is learning more and more each day. Well done guys! Please keep it up, we couldn’t do without you!
