Bright Horizons New Southgate Day Nursery and Preschool

Bright Horizons Nursery in New Southgate, has been a mostly pleasant experience. My son has learned and been educated well. He is enjoying the great atmosphere and his surroundings in the nursery. He enjoys the many activities and always has fun and creativity in his learning. The practitioners are really wonderful. Thank you for your great efforts.

My son started at the nursery just before turning 1 year old, he has settled in well and has been very well supported by the staff, especially his key worker. His key worker provides me with useful feedback and is monitoring his development, whilst providing him with fun learning activities adapted for his interests. I am very happy with the care provided and don’t have to worry when he is at nursery which allows me to get on with my working day.

I am grateful to the team, for the patience they showed with my son. The beginning was quite difficult until we reached a settlement. I am also grateful for all their efforts with the language barrier, because my son does not understand or speak English well. Now he comes out with a smile and every day I notice progress in his development, for which I am grateful to Bright Horizons Nursery in New Southgate.

My daughter joined the nursery in the baby room, a few months ago and we have been very happy with the nursery overall. The staff are really nice and give us feedback at the end of each session, on how she is doing. They genuinely care about the children and their development. The app is great for updates on how their day is going, as well as sending us pictures of all the activities they have been doing. My daughter is thoroughly enjoying it too.

My older son attended this nursery from 11 months to the week before reception. The nursery turned outstanding a few months after he joined and now my little daughter, who’s in the toddler’s room, has also been since she turned 1year old. I really trust the team and I think the management is fantastic. They have daily new activities (which we see via an app), they invest plenty on resources (especially in the last year), they plan way ahead, many new activities, aligning the calendar to multicultural festivities, season etc. They look at the needs of each kid and work with you to overcome them, with tips and even supporting material to use at home. Both my kids love this nursery and are so happy going in the morning and when collected. It’s not my closest nursery, but I think it is worth the commute.

I am so glad I choose this nursery for my daughter! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are doing lots of fun activities every day and my child is having a great time there! When I leave my child there, I know she is safe and happy! I would definitely recommend it to other parents and carers!

Bright Horizons, New Southgate is an absolutely fantastic nursery. All the staff are genuinely caring, fun and great teachers. Our daughters have learnt so much in their three years at the nursery, having done so many different activities. They are also fully prepared for school. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Bright Horizons in New Southgate is a wonderful nursery with caring staff. My son has excelled and greatly enjoyed going in every day, thanks to the great teachers and lovely environment. I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone. We look forward to our daughter joining too!

Bright Horizons is a lovely nursery. My son really enjoys it here. The staff are all really kind and caring towards him. He always comes home telling me how much fun he’s had and how much he loves the deputy manager and one other member of staff in particular.

Our daughter is our second child at this nursery and overall, we are very happy with how she has been looked after and how she has developed. The team have literally raised her and we are so grateful for this. I could not have picked a better nursery for her to be at. We are happy with the whole team including management. The facilities are great, the learning you offer and the most important thing is we know she is safe and happy whilst with you all. I love the fact that you have started doing trips out, as i think it is very important and she loves the little outings. She comes home and tells us all about it.
The app is the best thing ever and we love the fact we are updated and see pictures of her in action.
If we ever have a problem, then we know we can address it immediately, as the whole team is approachable. Thank you, for everything you all do, as we know it’s not easy. We are grateful for all your hard work and efforts. I will miss the nursery when my daughter leaves for school.

To whomever may read this review, I am writing to notify anyone who may be looking for a nursery for their child or potentially an authority reviewing this nursery that it is outstanding!
My son has attended the nursery since September 2022 and I have not a single complaint. The staff are such a diverse group which was super important to me, not to mention extremely friendly, supportive, genuine and always going the extra mile to support my child and me. Plus the menu for the children is fantastic! For my first-ever experience with a nursery, it has been nothing but a pleasure. My son’s speech went from strength to strength upon starting, he has such a range of activities and experiences here and always is excited for the next day. Sometimes he doesn’t even want to leave. It is a true testament to just how brilliant this nursery is. I am continually recommending friends, so if you need a place for your child to be in a home away from home, look no further!
