Bright Horizons Milford Day Nursery and Preschool

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, I wasn’t able to attend his stay and playtime sessions with him and I was worried how he would settle. However, there was no need to worry. The team in the baby room are remarkable and have shown nothing but care towards my son and to us as new parents. He truly enjoys his time at childcare centre and goes in and comes out with a smile on his face. The team are consistently available on the phone if we need them and we have also had a parent consultation via a video call with our son’s key worker. Thank you to all the team for working so hard, especially during these challenging times. Our son has been at the childcare centre for almost seven months now and we are truly pleased that we have chosen Bright Horizons Milford Day Childcare centre and Preschool as his childcare centre.

Deciding on a childcare centre during the pandemic was never going to be an easy task but myself and my husband knew straight away that this was the right place for him. Safety of kids, parents and team is paramount and we sense that updates has been outstanding during these times. We both know when dropping him off that he will have the best time in an setting that is stimulating and enables choice. We are highly grateful to all of the team for their outstanding care. The new app which has launched allows us to be kept up to date with the little details throughout the day and we sense it is working truly well. Our kid has been attending the childcare centre since he was 8 months old and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to develop, learn and socialise with such attentive and personable team.

My daughter looks forward to going and is coming on truly well. The food is well varied and she gets to try different things that I wouldn’t necessarily give her. She has a great relationship with team and I sense cheerful when she is there. The team are consistently welcoming and welcoming.

The team are so compassionate and attentive and nothing is too much trouble.
We’re kept updated via an app on how her day is going, so it’s easy to see if she’s eating/sleeping well, and photos of her playing etc are posted regularly.
Childcare centre times are great too. It’s a cost for the day (7am – 6pm) rather than by the hour, so whilst I aim to pick my little girl up at 5pm, if I’m busy at work /running late I know it will be fine and I don’t have to rush (up until 6pm). Outstanding childcare centre.

From the food they eat to the activities they participate in every day, the service we receive is absolutely world-class and I would happily suggest the childcare centre to everyone. Absolutely remarkable team, thank you for everything you do for my kids!

Our son started in September and from our highly first settling-in session, we knew he would adore it. The app is exceptional and keeps us up-to-date with what he is up to and the pictures are a real bonus. We have a fridge door full of paintings and artwork he has made. We sense like all members of team know him, not just those in his room. In our journey, the team are truly open, welcoming and respectful of our choices as parents. They never make us sense daft for calling just to check he is doing ok. As a family, we are truly cheerful with Milford. A remarkable childcare centre.

My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since being in toddler 2! I can’t suggest it enough…my daughter has consistently enjoyed entering the building to greet her carer and I think this speaks volumes, they regularly check in to ask for input on what your kid is discovering at home. Thank you. Our daughter has loved being at this toddler group, the team are welcoming and expert.

All team members work hard and are excellent with all the kids. Even though with lockdown and strict rules of not being able to go in the setting, the childcare centre have done their best to keep everybody secure and keep us as parents calm and relaxed, to still drop our kids off at the door. The team worked well with my boy whilst he was under speech and language and within a short time, he was discovering new words and coming home saying his friends, team names and now tells us what he does at childcare centre. It makes us sense like he is having a excellent, exciting time. Sometimes the handover at the door can be a bit too long especially whilst waiting in the queue for my kid, but overall a excellent childcare centre and at least my kid is cheerful and making development in his development. Overall journey since my son started childcare centre 18months ago is outstanding.

This is perfect, especially in these uncertain times when, initially, we were unable to look around because of the Covid protocols. My son receives outstanding care and is consistently exceptionally excited when he arrives for the day.
The team are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble.

The team are unbelievably supportive and supportive, and consistently keep you updated. The app that is available is remarkable, and you can regularly check in to see how your little one is enjoying their day. I consistently ring during the day to also see how he is doing and the team are more than cheerful to speak to me and let me know how our son is doing. I would strongly suggest sending your kid to this childcare centre! Our little boy has been attending since 10 months old, and it has been the most incredible journey.
