Bright Horizons Crawley Day Nursery and Preschool

He goes on happily in the morning and loves to tell me about his day. His settle sessions were planned truly well and the daily updates is outstanding. I can truly tell they have spent quality time with him by the things they say. He eats and sleeps well when he is there, which is consistently a sign that he is comfortable – as a parent, I can’t ask for anything more. My son has attended Bright Horizons for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier.

We were nervous about starting him so young and during a pandemic, but can not fault the care they show for the kids.
The adore and compassion shown is something I don’t think you’ll find anywhere else. My son loves his time there and never seems too fussed about coming home!
The team truly get to know their kids and understand their needs right from the start.
I would absolutely suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking for a childcare setting. My 11-month-old son has followed in his big brother’s footsteps and gone to Bright Horizons.

The team from top to bottom are incredible, clearly, they take huge pride and care in their work and are consistently so welcoming. The app is excellent, with all the important information displayed in a clear and succinct manner, which is remarkable, especially with regards to food, so we can see what she is eating (fussy eater!). It’s excellent to see all the photos as well, of her enjoying the day. My daughter’s development has been highly pleasing since we enrolled her, particularly in her self‑assurance around other people and her ability to articulate what she wants, how she is feeling etc. We’ve been so impressed. We were intending to enrol our second kid at 18 months old as well, but have brought it forward to just after she turns 1 year old and have recommended the childcare centre to a niece and a nephew who are due to start in the coming months. We started our daughter at 18 months old in September 2021 with Bright Horizons, after visiting a few other nurseries from the local area and all in all, we couldn’t be happier with everything.

He did the usual cries at the beginning and as soon as I was out of sight he was fine when I used to leave him, but that changed and now he can’t wait to go in. Today he went flying into the arms of his key worker, they clearly treat him well for him to do that. He enjoys being at the Maidenbower branch. The team are consistently smiling, they all know him by name (even though there are lots of kids). The playtime various activities and they take him out into the garden regularly. He’s cheerful and so are we.
Highly spotless and inviting setting. Best place in Crawley – and I viewed a lot. My son absolutely loves being here.

Though he comes here once a week, he remembers his journey throughout the week and asks to come to BH often. We plan to send him here 3 days a week shortly. BH team are highly welcoming and pay highly great attention to our son. We are highly cheerful with the services. The premises is also highly spotless, well equipped with many toys and well maintained. Our 3-year-old son has had a remarkable journey at Bright Horizons.

She attends three full days a week, and absolutely loves it! We are in her forth room since starting in the baby room and have had fantastic experiences through-out her time in each. The hard work and kindness of all the team who have, and still do, care for or daughter is beyond anything I have ever seen. Starting at a childcare centre was a big step for us (more than it was for our daughter), but everyone made us all sense so at home and we knew that she would be loved and cared for – giving me the opportunity to return to work and find myself again. All the team provide remarkable opportunities to explore her new world – they are all outstanding to us. My daughter has been attending since she was ten months old, and she is now just over two and a half years old.

A great choice of food to expand taste buds. The team in the rooms are great at forming bonds with my kids and show they truly care about them. Highly supportive with managing dietary requirements due to food allergies, although sometimes I have to jump through hoops to get medical approval, this is I believe is not down to the individual childcare centre but the company policies. Glad they are moving to electronic recordings of the kids’s days but this should have been brought in much earlier. I am hoping that once restrictions are eased kids can return to more varied playtime, such as using sandpits, cooking and that they can mingle across the classes as my eldest has missed his friends in the other room. Have marked resources as satisfactory as there is the bear minimum due to Covid-19 but they need to bring back the previous resources as they were outstanding. Excellent with helping my kids learn numbers, writing, using cutlery and sitting down to eat food.

They have handled the pandemic with a fantastic attitude. I have two who currently attend, both completely different personalities but both adore it and settled back in so quickly. Incredible childcare centre with lovely team.

She has come on leaps and bounds since starting childcare centre and I attribute this to the team and such a fabulous setting and facilities. I am highly pleased that I chose for my daughter to attend this childcare centre and have no doubt that she thoroughly enjoys her time here. My daughter has settled in highly well ay Bright Horizons and team have consistently been supportive.
