February 22, 2018 at 12:00 amOur 3-year-old son has had a fantastic experience at Bright Horizons. Though he comes here once a week, he remembers his experience throughout the week and asks to come to BH often. We plan to send him here 3 days a week shortly. BH staff are very friendly and pay very good attention to our son. We are very happy with the services. The premises is also very clean, well equipped with many toys and well maintained.

She has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and I attribute this to the staff and such a fabulous environment and facilities. I am very pleased that I chose for my daughter to attend this nursery and have no doubt that she thoroughly enjoys her time here.

March 2, 2020 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending since she was ten months old, and she is now just over two and a half years old. She attends three full days a week, and absolutely loves it! We are in her forth room since starting in the baby room and have had wonderful experiences through-out her time in each. The hard work and kindness of all the staff who have, and still do, care for or daughter is beyond anything I have ever seen. Starting at a nursery was a big step for us (more than it was for our daughter), but everyone made us all feel so at home and we knew that she would be loved and cared for – giving me the opportunity to return to work and find myself again. All the staff provide fantastic opportunities to explore her new world – they are all outstanding to us.

March 4, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son struggled to settle, however, all the staff, especially his keyworker, have helped him overcome leaving me. He is also so much better interacting with other kids now too. They have brilliant facilities throughout and I feel confident leaving my child in their hands.

March 10, 2020 at 12:00 amWe’re really happy and impressed with the level of care our son is given here. All the staff are always so happy, welcoming, caring and approachable. Most importantly our son is so happy here and loves going, he is learning so much.
We never have any issues and never have concerns or worries when we drop him off. Food, learning, activities are always varied and they’re always exploring different things. I love that they always celebrate occasions.
We are so glad we picked this nursery and wouldn’t go elsewhere.

March 11, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son absolutely loves being here. He did the usual cries at the beginning and as soon as I was out of sight he was fine when I used to leave him, but that changed and now he can’t wait to go in. Today he went flying into the arms of his key worker, they clearly treat him well for him to do that. He enjoys being at the Maidenbower branch. The staff are always smiling, they all know him by name (even though there are lots of children). The play various activities and they take him out into the garden regularly. He’s happy and so are we.
Very clean and warm environment. Best place in Crawley – and I viewed a lot.

March 13, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has attended Bright Horizons for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier. He goes on happily in the morning and loves to tell me about his day. His settle sessions were planned really well and the daily communication is excellent. I can really tell they have spent quality time with him by the things they say. He eats and sleeps well when he is there, which is always a sign that he is comfortable – as a parent, I can’t ask for anything more.

December 15, 2020 at 12:00 amMy 11-month-old son has followed in his big brother’s footsteps and gone to Bright Horizons. We were nervous about starting him so young and during a pandemic, but can not fault the care they show for the children.
The love and compassion shown is something I don’t think you’ll find anywhere else. My son loves his time there and never seems too fussed about coming home!
The staff really get to know their children and understand their needs right from the start.
I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a childcare setting.

December 18, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has started here in September, and his keyworker amongst other staff that know him well from before have made him feel so comfortable and relaxed here. He has formed such a lovely bond and always asks if his keyworker can come to his house for tea. He is very excited to be able to move up to preschool ready for school in September. Thanks for making it easy for me to leave him with you and excited to see what he’s been up to in the day.

May 18, 2021 at 12:00 amGreat with helping my children learn numbers, writing, using cutlery and sitting down to eat food. A good choice of food to expand taste buds. The staff in the rooms are good at forming bonds with my children and show they really care about them. Very helpful with managing dietary requirements due to food allergies, although sometimes I have to jump through hoops to get medical approval, this is I believe is not down to the individual nursery but the company policies. Glad they are moving to electronic recordings of the children’s days but this should have been brought in much earlier. I am hoping that once restrictions are eased children can return to more varied play, such as using sandpits, cooking and that they can mingle across the classes as my eldest has missed his friends in the other room. Have marked resources as satisfactory as there is the bear minimum due to Covid-19 but they need to bring back the previous resources as they were excellent.

May 18, 2021 at 12:00 amWe sent our little one to nursery at six months, we were nervous that she was too young and wouldn’t settle. We couldn’t have been more wrong! With the support of the excellent staff at Crawley, she has settled in really well. She goes to nursery happy and comes home exhausted but happy. She has formed great bonds with the team who now feel like an extension of our family.

May 18, 2021 at 12:00 amI am so glad that we chose Crawley Day Nursery for our daughter it has been incredible. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really understand our daughter and her needs and development. They are a fantastic sounding board when discussing how to approach certain topics and all staff show an excellent level of care and knowledge. If you are looking for a nursery for your child I would highly recommend Crawley day nursery as they treat every child as an individual and allow them to develop at their own pace but also keep you fully informed of how they are getting on. Regular communication is excellent and the variety of activities and topics keeps the children interested and entertained. The ability to bring their outside interests into the development activities is brilliant and allows the embedding of knowledge and skills. The team are amazing and I know I will certainly miss them when my daughter starts school.

May 20, 2021 at 12:00 amMy 1-year-old daughter started here at the end of March 2021 and after being a lockdown baby I very worried about how she would settle into a nursery setting after only knowing myself and close family.
However, we are so pleased that she has settled in amazing and the staff have been so understanding of her needs and helped so much with her feeling comfortable about going.
She smiles every time I hand her over in the morning and this definitely makes me feel happy knowing she enjoys going there.

She used to be very shy around other kids but she became very friendly.
I only have good things to say about the nursery.
The staff members are all very friendly and approachable.
My daughter has formed a lovely bond with her key worker who amongst the other staff has been teaching her lots of new skills.
The nursery itself is very well equipped, with lots of resources that help each little one’s imagination, blossom.
Clean, spacious with lots of indoor light. The food is varied, nutritious and tailored to all dietary and food intolerance needs. My daughter loves the apple pie crumble.
I don’t usually write reviews but I feel that this is a good way to show my gratitude to all the nursery staff for being so kind and helpful, always and especially during the lockdown.

September 15, 2022 at 12:00 amWe started our daughter at 18 months old in September 2021 with Bright Horizons, after visiting a few other nurseries from the local area and all in all, we couldn’t be happier with everything. The staff from top to bottom are amazing, clearly, they take huge pride and care in their work and are always so friendly. The app is great, with all the important information displayed in a clear and succinct manner, which is fantastic, especially with regards to food, so we can see what she is eating (fussy eater!). It’s great to see all the photos as well, of her enjoying the day. My daughter’s development has been very pleasing since we enrolled her, particularly in her confidence around other people and her ability to articulate what she wants, how she is feeling etc. We’ve been so impressed. We were intending to enrol our second child at 18 months old as well, but have brought it forward to just after she turns 1 year old and have recommended the nursery to a niece and a nephew who are due to start in the coming months.
