Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and childcare to kickstart their career in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in providing high-quality care and education for children in the nursery
- Support the Nursery Practitioners in planning and delivering engaging activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Help maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Drive continuous improvement in childcare practices
- Demonstrate leadership skills by setting a positive example for children and colleagues

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A genuine interest in working with children
- Good communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a nursery setting
- Previous experience working with or caring for children is advantageous
- Willingness to undertake training to achieve relevant qualifications in childcare
