Kindred Nurseries has an opportunity for a creative Nursery Kitchen Assistant to join the team.

This is a full-time position requiring the successful candidate to flexibly work up to 40 hours (part time hours available) Monday to Friday. This role is offering a competetive salary, extensive benefits package and the opportunity to feed your passion for growth and development.

The key responsibilities for a Nursery Kitchen Assistant is to:

- Keep the Kitchen clean and organised, in accordance with, Safer Food Better Business and COSHH guidelines
- Assist the Chef to ensure that all children’s dietary needs are met
- Support the Chef to serve meals for the nursery
- Cover lunch breaks for Practitioners working within the rooms
- Be responsible for laundry duties

To be successful for this role you should:

- Have outstanding customer service
- Hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Previous experience working as a Kitchen Assistant would be desirable, but by no means essential
