Are you a motivated early years leader looking for a new opportunity to inspire and support friendly teams? Kindred Nurseries is seeking a Peripatetic Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated teams in Bromley.

As a Peripatetic Nursery Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work across three of our nurseries, providing support and guidance to our early years educators. This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Mileage will be paid at 45p a mile for travelling between the three nurseries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the team of early years educators in delivering Kindred's pedagogy

- Model and monitor best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines

- Work closely with your teams to create a shared vision for the room

- Supervise, support, and allocate tasks and duties to your team

- Assist with new starter inductions and provide a warm welcome to new team members

- Create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for children to learn, play, and develop

- Plan and implement interesting and inspiring activities for children to learn through play

- Build relationships with key children and record their interests and achievements through observations

- Maintain a friendly and supportive approach with parents and carers

Requirements:

- Relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

- Commitment and dedication to your career and the children in your care

- Positive, can-do attitude to problem-solving
