What the Level 3 Early Years Educator role entails

Your primary focus will be creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives. You’ll be a team player ensuring that you and your team meet the unique needs of each child. You’ll collaborate with your team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Kido curriculum. An ability to effectively communicate with parents, children and colleagues will empower you to deliver the best experience possible.

You’ll be an integral part of setting the stage for curiosity and exploration, utilising both indoor and outdoor spaces. With a hands-on approach and with great attention to detail, you’ll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery. You’ll take ownership for observing and assessing your key children, and you’ll work with the child, colleagues and parents to set individualised goals.

What we’re looking for

- For the Level 3 Early Years Educator role, it is essential that you already hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum.
- Your values will align with our 3 core values - Listen, Learn and Lead.
- You will likely have some experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting.
- If shortlisted you’ll be asked to provide details of all unspent convictions prior to interview, in line with our Safer Recruitment process. We will also process an Enhanced DBS Criminal Record check for anyone who joins the team.
