Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team at a reputable nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to create a nurturing environment for young children.

Pay: From £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of nursery staff to ensure the smooth running of the nursery room
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress
- Manage the daily operations of the nursery room, including maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
- Support and mentor staff members to enhance their professional growth
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children in your care
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting, preferably in a nursery environment
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive
