Bank Nursery Practitioner

Headstart on the Hill are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and outgoing Bank Early Years Practitioner to join their ever growing team.

The ideal candidate will be hands on, fun and love to help children learn through play. At Headstart On The Hill, we love to ensure our team have the best quality knowledge and provide individuals with lots of opportunities to develop their continuous professional knowledge.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have extensive safeguarding knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of The Early Years foundation stage and In the moment planning.

Main Duties will include:

- Working as part of a fast paced team and communicating at high levels.
- Providing a caring and stimulating environment that meets the needs of individual children.
- Complete observation's based on in the moment planning.
- Track children's development and use online systems to record.
- Ensure observing and following safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
- Build relationships with parents and families.

Bank staff are to cover staff sickness and holidays, and have the flexibility to work between 7:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Skills / Qualifications:
