Are you passionate about outdoor education and working closely with children? Do you thrive in an outdoor environment, guiding and supporting children to explore and learn in nature? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team.

As a Forest School Practitioner/Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our children within the forest school environment. You will work closely with the Forest School Leads from the Nursery Group (if you don’t have your Level 3 Forest School) and Nursery practitioners to deliver tailored outdoor education experiences that promote personal growth, sensory exploration, and academic development.

Responsibilities:

- Support children during forest school sessions, ensuring their safety and engagement in outdoor activities.

- Assist in planning and delivering forest school sessions that cater to individual learning needs and promote holistic development.

- Collaborate with Nursery Practitioners to integrate outdoor learning experiences into the curriculum.

- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel supported to explore and challenge themselves within nature.

- Monitor and assess children’s progress.
