Bright Horizons Heron Quays Day Nursery and Preschool

All the team are highly compassionate, nice and patient. The message recording the kids is clear and useful. The food is great. My kid enjoys the time in the childcare centre. The toddler room is great and the toys are various. The childcare centre is highly great.

My daughter has been going to them for over a year and a half and is highly cheerful. We adore the updates from the childcare centre, which includes both verbal descriptions at the end of the day and the lively pictures in their app. The team truly do care for the well-being and development of the kids and work jointly with parents to ensure their kid is cheerful and progressive! The best journey for us has been the baby-room, with the team. They are a remarkable team and never miss a beat. I genuinely believe, my kids, above average development, has been due to their tireless efforts. In the toddler room, I am highly cheerful with one member of team in particular, who is highly attentive, loving and focused on making sure the kids have a excellent time together. Chosen for its excellent location, outdoor playtime area and the personal feedback from friends and acquaintances, the childcare centre has proven itself to us.

Every class have had outstanding key workers, who care about the wellbeing, improvement and development of the kids under their care. When I told them that the consultant had referred my son to a speech and development therapist, at their own initiative, they engaged a development counsellor from Tower Hamlets. I am highly grateful for that because they arranged meetings with the counsellor and me and followed the counsellor’s advice to help my son with his speech and development. I was also thoroughly supported throughout this process, until my son left the childcare centre. I was so impressed that they had a file with documentation on my son’s development. I cannot thank you all enough. Thank you, to one member of team in particular and everyone at Bright Horizons! I chose Bright Horizons, Heron Quays because they had big windows in their classrooms and they had outdoor space.

Lots of enjoyable and educational activities, attentive team who go above and beyond and excellent setting for her wellbeing. I would totally suggest. My daughter has been in Heron Quays Childcare centre for almost two years and it has been a fantastic journey.

The handling of the pandemic has been outstanding and so has the updates with parents throughout, including the use of the new Bright Horizons app. We are so cheerful to have our baby son starting there too, knowing he will be in excellent hands.
The team are competent, attentive and enjoyable and they do so much more than just take care of them. Feels like a family rather than a place of work. They are inventive, they challenge kids to learn as much as they can absorb and they ensure that everybody knows everybody in the various childcare centre classes. We never noticed any changes whatsoever at every settlement in the new room. As a mum, it makes me so cheerful and relieved to see her excited to go there every single day. They are doing an incredible job! We had an incredible journey with our daughter, who started in the baby room in August 2019 and is now in the preschool room.

It is a lovely childcare centre and he is highly well taken care of. He is discovering so much. I am highly cheerful with his development and updates skills. The team are incredible, welcoming, attentive, patient and truly care for the well-being of the kids. The team posts updates on food, naps and activities and pictures on their app throughout the day, which is truly nice. Truly lovely to see what your kid is up to during the day. I could not be happier. I highly suggest this childcare centre! My son has been going to Heron Quays for just over five months now and he loves it.

She is cheerful there, and I sense like she is supported in her development. The only negative thing is that the kids are not taken outdoors highly often, and even if they are outside, it’s only for a truly short walk (10-15min). I think they should spend more time outdoors. It’s a nice childcare centre, my daughter loves it there.

They have been highly forthcoming, supportive and flexible in ensuring the childcare centre provides the best assistance, care, discovering and an enjoyable journey for our kid in our absence. We would like to thank the manager and the entire team in Baby room 1 (special thanks to three members of team in particular), for their continued assistance and help in ensuring our daughter settles down well and enjoys her time in the childcare centre. We are truly grateful for that. As a parent, it is consistently nerve-wracking to leave your kid in a new place with strangers and we were no different, but the childcare centre team at Bright Horizons, Heron Quays made us sense comfortable and our kid at home from day one.

Loads of activities to educate the little ones and keep them busy. The childcare centre manager is highly proactive and takes a special interest in every kid and their parents. The key person is highly trained and takes excellent care of my baby. Incredible care by the childcare centre team.

The team go above and beyond for the kids and provides outstanding feedback. My son is consistently cheerful when collected and looks forward to coming in. Heron Quays have lovely team and an incredible manager.
