February 18, 2022 at 12:00 amChoosing a nursery is one of the most important and stressful decision I have had to make and I feel like Heron Quays Bright Horizons, understands this. They are very good in the initial transition to nursery and work with you to address concerns. The nursery is outstanding and I feel very good about the care my daughter receives. The staff are just wonderful and they have a lot of activities for the kids. They take the kids on walks and provide detailed feedback on the app. They celebrate a variety of holidays and cultural activities and its all an excellent stimulant for the kids. You can call anytime and speak to the key person and during Covid, they were very good in keeping us informed. Couldn’t be more happy with my decision to choose this place!

February 18, 2022 at 12:00 amI’m very happy with the nursery overall. My son has a great time there. The staff are very caring and the management makes a great effort to keep everyone happy and informed. It doesn’t have a garden which is a minus, but it’s close to the river and parks and they take the opportunity to go out for a nice walk. The menu seems to have quite a lot of sugar (dessert on a daily basis), which I’m a little thoughtful about. Unfortunately, we don’t visit the space inside due to covid so i can’t really have an honest opinion but I trust the feelings of my little one who comes back home happy.

February 18, 2022 at 12:00 amIt’s a nice nursery, my daughter loves it there. She is happy there, and I feel like she is supported in her development. The only negative thing is that the children are not taken outdoors very often, and even if they are outside, it’s only for a really short walk (10-15min). I think they should spend more time outdoors.

February 18, 2022 at 12:00 amWe had an amazing experience with our daughter, who started in the baby room in August 2019 and is now in the preschool room. The handling of the pandemic has been excellent and so has the communication with parents throughout, including the use of the new Bright Horizons app. We are so happy to have our baby son starting there too, knowing he will be in great hands.
The staff are competent, caring and fun and they do so much more than just take care of them. Feels like a family rather than a place of work. They are inventive, they challenge kids to learn as much as they can absorb and they ensure that everybody knows everybody in the various nursery classes. We never noticed any changes whatsoever at every settlement in the new room. As a mum, it makes me so happy and relieved to see her excited to go there every single day. They are doing an amazing job!

March 23, 2022 at 12:00 amI chose Bright Horizons, Heron Quays because they had big windows in their classrooms and they had outdoor space. Every class have had excellent key workers, who care about the wellbeing, improvement and development of the children under their care. When I told them that the consultant had referred my son to a speech and development therapist, at their own initiative, they engaged a development counsellor from Tower Hamlets. I am very grateful for that because they arranged meetings with the counsellor and me and followed the counsellor’s advice to help my son with his speech and development. I was also thoroughly supported throughout this process, until my son left the nursery. I was so impressed that they had a file with documentation on my son’s progress. I cannot thank you all enough. Thank you, to one member of staff in particular and everyone at Bright Horizons!

March 23, 2022 at 12:00 amThe nursery is very good. All the staff are very kind, nice and patient. The message recording the kids is clear and useful. The food is good. My kid enjoys the time in the nursery. The toddler room is good and the toys are various.

March 23, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter started in mid-February. After just a week, she is used to the staff. She eats really well and is playing with other kids. I love that the staff update the app, almost in real time. It’s amazing, it’s like you are always with your child.

April 12, 2022 at 12:00 amAll staff, in general, it’s good. But three members of staff are the best and I fully trust them. My son is always happy when I pick him up. We really appreciate it. One day I need to know the space inside.

They also provide timely feedback on development. The app used by Bright Horizons, tracks daily activities, food intake and diaper changes, which is very useful.

June 14, 2022 at 12:00 amChosen for its great location, outdoor play area and the personal feedback from friends and acquaintances, the nursery has proven itself to us. My daughter has been going to them for over a year and a half and is very happy. We love the updates from the nursery, which includes both verbal descriptions at the end of the day and the lively pictures in their app. The staff really do care for the well-being and development of the kids and work jointly with parents to ensure their child is happy and progressive! The best experience for us has been the baby-room, with the team. They are a fantastic team and never miss a beat. I genuinely believe, my kids, above average development, has been due to their tireless efforts. In the toddler room, I am very happy with one member of staff in particular, who is very caring, loving and focused on making sure the kids have a great time together.

July 11, 2022 at 12:00 amI was recommended this nursery by my friends and relatives, and what a fantastic journey it has been for my little one so far. It’s been only 3 months and I have seen the transition from my baby crying her heart out when I left her at the nursery to a day where she waves me goodbye as she leaves. The entire crew from baby room 1 has made this day possible which felt impossible during the first couple of weeks. Couldn’t have made a better choice for my little one! What I absolutely love is the frequent updates on my child’s nutrition and development. Apart from weekly round ups with lovely summaries and pictures of all their activities, it is important to me to know her daily routine life including nap times and meals and a thorough exercise is done each day. Would like to thank each and every staff member for ensuring the well being of my child! Would highly recommend this place for your little one.

September 2, 2022 at 12:00 amAs a parent, it is always nerve-wracking to leave your child in a new place with strangers and we were no different, but the nursery staff at Bright Horizons, Heron Quays made us feel comfortable and our child at home from day one. They have been very forthcoming, supportive and flexible in ensuring the nursery provides the best support, care, learning and an enjoyable experience for our child in our absence. We would like to thank the manager and the entire staff in Baby room 1 (special thanks to three members of staff in particular), for their continued support and help in ensuring our daughter settles down well and enjoys her time in the nursery. We are truly grateful for that.

I am very happy with his development and communication skills. The staff are amazing, friendly, caring, patient and truly care for the well-being of the children. The staff posts updates on food, naps and activities and pictures on their app throughout the day, which is really nice. Really lovely to see what your child is up to during the day. I could not be happier. I highly recommend this nursery!

January 5, 2023 at 12:00 amAll of the staff are excellent with our daughter, she was welcomed from the first day and the staff went above and beyond to help her settle in, even though she was taking a couple of naps a day when other children were in a different schedule. The staff are always available to speak and update on her progress whenever needed. As a parent, it makes it so much easier knowing your child is well taken care of and happy when you leave them in the nursery. Thank Bright Horizons Heron Quays for all the good work you do every day!
