May 19, 2017 at 12:00 amMy son started the nursery in January and he was adapted very well, being helped by staff with warmth and cuddles. He absolutely loves going there, he is happy and every time is entering with a big smile.
I’m happy and because at the end of the day I receive a daily sheet which makes me feel at peace that I know everything that he was doing during the day, plus I receive notifications with photos and his development stages. I’m extremely likely to recommend this nursery.

December 10, 2020 at 12:00 amPoor care and greedy management is a sentence to describe the school.
I enrolled my child just before the first lockdown due to the fact that me and my wife are keyworkers. They closed the nursery and told us to attend another branch which was far from where we lived due to shortage of staff.
We didn’t complain because we understood the situation with coronavirus and we had to look for alternative arrangements close to our home.
However, they sent a letter saying we should bring our child back to the school of which we replied that we are isolating because my wife who is a nurse with the NHS has coronavirus and we are told to isolate and will be back once we are clear.
They insisted we pay even though we have never owed them, scared about surviving the coronavirus and also worried about our son passing it to others if he went to school (we sent them proofs).
They still insisted we pay for the time we had coronavirus. Meanwhile, the school managers refused to come to school.

December 10, 2020 at 12:00 amI enrolled my son just before the first lockdown because I am a nurse and a key worker. I noticed my son always comes home hungry even though they said he ate.
The final blow was when they closed the school and told me to attend another branch that was far from my house.
I did not complain and I looked for another childminder that is close to our house to take care of my son, as me and my husband are both key workers.
Unfortunately, I caught coronavirus and I was told to stay home and my family should isolate.
The school still insisted I continue paying tuition even though they closed the branch my son attends and I was suffering from coronavirus.
I sent them proof of my test result and my family is self-isolating.
At the same time, the managers of the school were not coming to school because they were scared of the virus but they want parents with the actual virus to keep paying and bring their kids to school.
